Nothing to do with accommodation, but very limited options for dinner on the day we travelled. We ate at a cafe in the main street and the food was not good. It perhaps would have been ok if you liked Macdonalds or Hungry Jacks, but we do not. The cafe next morning by the River, Spoons, was ok. The whole time we travelled we found that the food standard had dropped considerably since our last trip prior to COVID, except for Bendigo, which was excellent.

This was a very comfortable motel in Swan Hill close to the main attractions and main shopping street, restaurants and pubs. Room was well appointed, spacious, clean and comfortable with good amenities such as fridge, jug, tea/coffee, toaster, lounge and big TV and reception was happy to provide plates and cutlery upon request. A continental breakfast was available in their restaurant but no dinner facilities at this time. Free wi-fi was appreciated.

The walls were a bit thin so voices from next door (or smokers outside on their phones) could be heard at times.

A good quality motel, which has been renovated. We found it comfortable and quite spacious - check in was easy and the the staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money and pleasant location.There was a bit of road noise at night but nothing too loud. Enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay again if we were looking for a motel in the area.

Shower door isn’t watertight and water tends to leak out onto the floor.

We had room 25, up the stairs at the end of the building, so we had a lot of space which was nice. The bed was comfortable with a choice of pillows (soft or hard) which was appreciated. The shower was good. The motel had a laundry which could be used for $10 a load (covering a wash with dryer and soap included).

There was no sink in the kitchen area, so it was difficult to wash up cups and bowls etc in the bathroom.

The room was well laid out and on the ground floor with a lovely spa as requested . The facilities were clean and space size excellent .The bed really comfortable and the supplied pillow choice a delight and the room was clean and ready to enter on arrival .The receptionist was lovely and helpful and very patient and efficient .

We had paid for a included breakfast - and on arrival discussed that we would be having breakfast .Breakfast the next morning was odd , we arrived to a dark breakfast room at 8 am and since we had been told as breakfast runs from 07:30 -09:00 so no idea how we'd missed it. After turning on the lights , a long wait and no visible staff on site and phone contact used - milk and bread arrived with apologies of a medical emergancy. The cereal was fresh , nice variety of teas avail, juices were tasty and cold and the reception on leaving the hotel were apologetic .

Clean and in a great location - proximity to the town for shopping and eating

Some road noise and sound from neighbouring rooms. Some fixtures were causing light in the room including the fire alarm which was above the bed - I am a fussy sleeper and prefer a dark room to sleep

Very clean and modern. Friendly and helpful reception. In a great location, easy walk to shops. Have stayed once before and will stay here again. Has become a favourite for staying in Swan Hill as it's reasonably quiet for a central location. Lots of parking available. Continental breakfast was offered if needed as the restaurant wasn't open during our weekend stay. We found a nice cafe not far away.

Staff were helpful in accommodating our request for early check-in. The room was very well equipped. I especially liked that the bedside lamps were also phone chargers because I had forgotten mine! And the beds were super comfy. Location was also terrific. Can't wait to stay here again.

The location was perfect for me as I'd never been to Swan Hill and it gave me a good Central point to explore from. The staff were friendly the amenities clean. Would recommend.

The first of the two nights there was no body soap in the shower. Also the doors were rattling due to the high wind. The rattling was quite loud.

Was a bit concerned about at first about the traffic noise on the busy road running behind the motel but it became quiet in the evening
