As the rooms had a bar fridge and no freezer the owners were very accommodating storing our frozen food in their own large fridge and even got up on a Sunday morning at 7am to bring our frozen goods out to us as we had an early start Very little noise from the road A nice river walk trail a few minutes from the property Short drive less than 5 mins to main shopping area

We had two rooms for two nights at the Murray River Motel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the large bathrooms with spacious showers were perfect after a swim in the well maintained swimming pool. Our rooms were right by the pool. The quiet location was perfect, a couple of minutes from the pioneer settlers town and a few minutes from the local RLS (opposite the big Murray Cod) where we went for a great meal. We had everything we needed for a restful, relaxing couple of days stay and would not hesitate to recommend the Murray River Motel.

Being a short drive from the centre of town, the location was quiet. Room size was 'cosy'. The small kitchen was equipped with the usual amenities (bar fridge, microwave, electric jug, cutlery etc). We really enjoyed Netflix on the flat screen tv. A soft bed suited one of us more than the other. Though there was an electric blanket, we opted for two blankets instead. The bathroom looked renovated; the fixed head shower and was easy to use. Parking was right outside the unit. Wi-fi worked well most of the time. Staff friendly and room well looked after. Definitely worth it!

The reverse cycle air con heated the far end of the room more than the main area. Not a big deal as the room warmed up.

We didn't have breakfast, which was available for a very reasonable cost. The room was nice and spacious, with the necessary appliances etc to be able to use for light meals.

The bathroom was fairly small, making it difficult to access the toilet, and the toilet seat was loose. The shower was excellent, with ample space, and the water was niceand hot.

We liked that parking was right in front of our room and no steps, easy to unpack and load the car again in the morning. Clean and tidy bathroom and comfortable bed. Good location with only a few minutes to shops and car charging. Helpful and friendly staff and flexible office hours.

Perfect large room had microwave toaster and kettle bathroom very clean beds comfy had a good sleep nice clean outdoor pool. Excellent value for money

Everything was very good with the exception of two large stains on carpet - if you can live with that it was definitely a great place to stay.

It was inexpensive, clean and bed was comfy.

There was a strong floral perfume smell in the room which I assume was room deodoriser or cleaner, it wasn’t an unpleasant smell but overpowering.

Very clean, comfy bed and everything you need for an overnight stay. Staff were friendly, all in all a great place to stay!

Parking was ridiculously tight. We had 3 dual cab utes parked in next to each other, and it was super tight. TV reception was a bit scratchy at times.

Internet dropped out once every couple of hours but nothing major, would still stay again regardless of this. Would like the option to pay via booking service. Would like a bit more assorted china e.g. bowls that can fit 6 weetbix with milk, etc.
