The location is perfect, just a short drive to the main town or an easy 10 min walk. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very well kept and had everything we needed. Loved Swan Hill pioneer and the water paddle steamer ride. Highly recommend staying and visiting Swan Hill.

Our room was at the front of the hotel very close to the busy road. The outside lights were on all night leaving our room too well-lit for our liking. But these are things we don't like personally rather than something wrong with the accommodation.

Tucked away from any heavy traffic along with a number of other hotels, the location is perfect and quiet after an extended road trip. Some of the decor is slightly dated but clean and comfortable - plus the mini bar was well stocked and reasonably priced. Didn't have a chance to test out the pool (flagged for next trip), otherwise a nice stop over and staff were very pleasant to deal with.

Older style motel that we found was basic but very clean and tidy. The beds were surprisingly comfortable with a couple of selections of pillows. Went for a continental breakfast and just like I remember, basic and convenient, very nice. Very hot when we stayed in Swan Hill, so the aircon worked well. Didn't bring my togs, otherwise I would have gone for a dip in the pool. Walking distance to town where you could find heaps of food options.

Were charged $3 something a few days after our stay. Have had no correspondence to explain the charge. This is something that could be improved on. Apart from that, very pleasant stay for 1 night.

My wife, adult daughter and myself have just spent a lovely night at the Quality Inn motel. Mike (the Manager) was fantastic and was the main reason why we enjoyed our stay so much. What a lovely, professional and people friendly person he is! Our first interaction set the scene when he upgraded us into a room that better suited our needs. Then he helped carry our luggage up into a second level room after witnessing my dodgy knees and ankles. Mike provided us with many local tourism tips and and communicated regularly during our visit. He is an asset to the Quality Inn organisation and exudes ‘Quality’! A fantastic one night stay.

Nothing NOT to like!

Spa room was awesome. Can watch TV from spa or bed which are in the same room. It is within walking distance to all shops which is great.

No kitchen in the room so no stove or microwave to reheat food. We had to use the bbq which cost 20c. There was also no cutlery or plates but there was two coffee cups and teaspoons.

We stayed in room 16, executive room. A large apartment-like room, really spotless and clean, lovely quiet space, had everything we needed and more. I would stay again, this room was also back away from the car park, very private. Lovely receptionist experience too.

Located close to everything. The property was exceptionally clean and the lady at reception who greeted us and also farewelled us was so nice and friendly. Look forward to our next family vacation it was a lovely place to stay.

This was an excellent choice as a stopover accomodation. It was central and we walked everywhere including to dinner at Java Spice ( amazing !!!) and to the Pioneer Village that night to see the absolutely must see spectacular light show. The room was well set up and the bathroom seemed new. Very spacious shower.

There were a few little issues with maintenance but the owner responded to these in an efficient and friendly manner. Thanks

The location is excellent -very close to the Town Centre, just a 10 minute walk to the 2 restaurants, cafes and shopping centres we visited. Very clean, great bathrooms, great showers, comfortable beds, no noise from neighbouring rooms.

Very polite staff both the cleaners and reception staff, Was very clean, it had everything we needed nice and simple room, would recommend to others, budget friendly and also very close to the pioneer settlement and the main part of swan hill.
