The place was suitable for my needs, good location in swan hill, they had a fine breakfast. Let my partner use the boardroom for a small fee. Room was clean, housekeeping were polite. I would stay there again.

The spa bath in the room i was given was quite dangerous and slippery, no handle bars to hold onto getting in and out, no door, nothing. As a disabled person i found this quite hard to manage. Also there was miscommunications about the room i was after and switching rooms, I felt in the end while the resort found a solution with me i did overpay for what i got.

Staff are all lovely. The indoor pool was the perfect temp. Nice and warm. Good distance from the shops. Back rooms are quiet. Lovely grassed area out the back for kids to run around on. Kids loved the mini golf and a few people were playing tennis. The landscaping with tall palm trees is beautiful. Outdoor BBQ area is really good - microwave came in handy. Beds comfortable, clean rooms. Nice bathroom. Good TV.

Like a faded star the beauty and bones of a fabulous resort are still there. I guess Covid smashed a lot of businesses and this one is no exception. Small touches like reparing smashed windows in the play room, painting inside of the heated pool room, repairing the roof, toilets, pool table and equipment would go a long way to making the place feel really special. The waterfall attached to the outdoor pool is lovely but needs to be turned down a tad to a more relaxed flow. The cane outdoor lounges on the grass are very uncomfortable but there are lots of chairs to sit on.

The location to the train station, shopping, Pioneer Village/light show is excellent. The facilities at the resort, especially the indoor pool and the mini golf was excellent. BbQ facilities, excellent. Shower was hot. The young man at the check-in counter was very knowledgeable of local tourist spots. Very friendly and was happy to help. Room was spacious and clean.

The noise from the main road was really bad. Really hard to sleep, and yet we live on a main road at home.

So my Asawa and I had been wanting to come and stay here since end of year 2023 to celebrate the new year but couldn't get there untill this weekend when I decided to go with my Asawa for my birthday. We booked a budget room to wich our suprise was how big and comfortable the room was. It exceeded our expectations and the staffwere also Verry welcoming and hospitable from the moment we arrived late and called to find out where to get our keys from till the moment we left. We have recommended this place to our family both here and in the Philippines and also to our kabayan friends back home where we live in Melbourne and we will deffinantly be coming back again for a longer stay where the weather will be warmer so we can enjoy swimming and a nice BBQ or two when we celebrate our anniversary. the staff at Swan Hill resort are outstanding, and the spaces are actually quite clean. We loved the retro vibes and wish someone would spend the money restoring this old gem (and maybe putting double glazed windows on the main road facing rooms). Buffet breakfast was a highlight, as was the resort area.

lots of things here are old or broken and despite the staff's effort, if just needs an investment of cash to deal with the maintenance issues so the place can really shine.

The essence of the property is awesome. Some areas do look a little run down. The indoor heated pool made up for things I may have otherwise picked on. Everything was very clean and maintained. Just obvious signs of age…

My experience when I met reception made me feel a little awkward. I wouldn’t say it was the receptionists fault. Who was following policy. As I have experienced similar mistrust using the Booking App before. Not sure where the misconception is? The App or the venues?

We enjoyed playing the mini golf, pools, table tennis etc. The breakfast was delicious and very convenient for us the room were super clean and the staff goes above and beyond friendly and very welcoming.

Unfortunately we got the room closer to the road 😄 as not a heavy sleeper I heard all the cars passing by 😅

beds were very comfy. shower pressure was great.

the amount of smoke everywhere. every aisle of rooms, chairs and trays, every corner you smelt smoke. ruined the vibe especially so close to the pool. great facility and people are allowed to smoke i understand but allowing them to smoke everywhere is overkill for those who don't especially if kids are around.

Very comfortable, easy parking and room was quiet and clean. A little old in areas. If weather was warmer, we would have used more of the facilities like the pools and mini golf. Full breakfast for $18, great value but didn’t get the chance to try. Would book again.

No milk in the fridge wen we arrived, however one call to reception and was there in 5 mins… so no huge issue.

Beautiful location.Central to everything. Relaxed and great value for money. Rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Although the pool/games room/mini golf was showing its age, we still had a lot of fun and it definitely broke up the work day and for the price is unusual to even have that option. No microwave in room. But there is local restaurants that deliver. All up excellent value for money and a really lovely garden area.
