The location is good, easy access to the main road, walking distance to McDonalds. All staff are friendly and helpful. Close to the beach. There are a few parking spaces here, some units actually have designated parking spaces, but there is no sign indicating which unit that parking space belongs to, and I am not sure if the staff has informed other residents. So some people just parked in the space that should belong to my unit. However, street parking is free. There is a Barbecue Area but I have not enough time to use this facility. Anyway, the location is very convenient and the unit is large. It would be better if the wifi can be improved. The overall experience is still good and worth recommending.

We were arriving late with our 4WD. Clearwater sent a text confirming where our key would be for the room. When we arrived our bay was in a difficult position to get our car in. Shelley from Clearwater was watering plants and offered to swap her car bay for ours so we had security cameras as we had gear on the roof rack. We swapped bays - what a generous offer. The location was very close to great food so we walked and enjoyed a drink or two with dinner. As we had got in late we decided to stay another night. Clearwater were full so next morning Rebecca rang around and found a room elsewhere (it was peak school holiday time) for us. Absolutely went out of there way to help in every fashion. Go back in a heartbeat and thanks ladies for going the extra mile.

A bath mat - to be fair I think it was just overlooked by cleaners and felt I needed to write something 😊

These units aren't in William st they are a couple of blocks down in Dempster St , which was fine but should be advertised as such,you can use the bbq if you want to but need to go all the way to William st to access it,this is quite ridiculous ,they are a nice unit in a quiet area with a lock up garage for your car the king size bed was great but definitely need to put a ceiling fan in the bedroom everything thing else about the unit was great having a washing machine and good cooking facilities was much appreciated

The Clearwater Motel was a great place to stay. We arrived by coach to Esperance town centre after 6pm and were going to either walk or catch a taxi to the motel but Clare from the motel kindly came to pick us up with her car and drove us back to the motel. This was our 1st time in Esperance and Clare even took us for a drive along Ocean drive for a view of Esperance and to see the sunset. What a wonderful start to our holidays, Thank you so much Clare. We stayed in the deluxe room and it was a very nice and spacious room, fully equipped with kitchen utensils, kettle, toaster bath towels, bed linen all for a comfortable self contained stay. Melinda even gave us her car for a few hours to see the sights of Esperance as we didn't have a car and wanted to see the pink lake and Esperance stunning beaches. Thank you so much Melinda, very kind of you. We would thoroughly recommend Clearwater Motel in Esperance to everybody who wants a great staycation in a wonderful location with excellent friendly members of staff always ready to help. The early morning we were leaving to catch the bus Clare kindly once again drove us to the bus stop. How Lovely. Thank you Clare, Melinda and Rebecca for a wonderful stay we will definitely be back very soon.

- Lovely modern facilities. - Great combined bathroom/laundry with a great big porcelain sink, large shower, washing machine etc - Spacious cupboard spaces - Well stocked kitchen crockery cupboards & drawers - I was also impressed that we were allowed to check in 2hrs earlier than stated.

- No enclosed carport for our unit, as the cleaners use the unit’s carport to store their equipment & products etc. - The main bedroom was very plain looking, no pictures on the walls or decent sized lamps. - The outdoor area is very bare, could be spruced up a bit. - The upper cupboards in the kitchen are very high for short people. Also the microwave is on top of the fridge, which is awkward for shorter people.

Location was very central and we were able to walk to most restaurants - shops etc... Small self contained kitchen where you could cook up something without much fuss. Straight across the road is the local McDonalds - so if you got really desperate you wouldn't starve.... Staff were very warm and friendly with arrival and gave a lot of local insight into local attractions and places to eat. You DEFINITELY need a hire car if you are to visit Esperance.

The Motel is in a great location , only 1 block from the Esplanade and close to the shops and restaurants. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit. The unit is modern, spaciius, bed is extremely comfortable and the unit is kept spotlessly clean. The staff are also very friendly and help with anything you need. Overall an awesome stay.

Lovely clean and modern apartment with such comfy beds in a central location. Never had such a warm welcome from a host ever. Claire was just amazing. Literally told us everything we needed to know about the area, best beaches, sunsets, where to dine. There is a laundry room too with washers and dryers free to use, ideal if on road trip like us. Very highly recommend!

Great location to everything around Esperance. Clean rooms and well stocked. Staff were incredible.

The layout of the rooms are awkward. The bathroom is located by the front door, meaning people staying in the other bedroom have to walk through the main bedroom to use it. Internet (WiFi) also wasn’t great, didn’t work during our stay.

The location is so convenient and close to everything. The staff are very friendly and we even met the adorable Shelton at reception. The room itself was cosy and quiet.

The only negative was that a dirty towel was left in the bathroom (hanging behind the door so likely missed by housekeeping), otherwise a fantastic stay.
