Location, room was always clean,

The vertical blinds didn’t block out sunlight, or lights at night, woke up every morning at 4 am, stayed 6 nights and where quiet tired by end of stay! Apart from that everything was great, will definite recommend to others.

The dining-Excellent. Chef very co- operative to our dining needs. Adjusted our dinners as requested from existing items on the menu. No need for expilict menu changes. Very rare to find.🤭 Room presentable. Comfortable bed. Well priced. Water pressure good and water very hot.

The location is great, walking distance to shops, restaurants, fore shore. Room was very clean. Fridge in the room was nice. Wifi worked very well and was fast. Breakfast was a bonus.

The room was in the bigger building and was very dated and quite noisy when workers go to work in the morning. You can hear alarms and showers from the neighbours like it's in your room :) I found the bed not very comfy. One of the staff members was very crumpy during check in and in the morning during breakfast, not a biggie but not very appropriate if you work in hospitality.

Location was great. Rooms were clean and tidy with good size, beds and pillow comfy. Hot showers. Rooms had a fridge, table and chairs, large TV. Aircon control was odd but worked perfectly. Pool was outside of season so was closed and can't comment. Car park and grounds were well kept, was quiet at night.tea and coffee making facilities in room and a toaster. Lots of cars in car park but no struggle to get a space and no problem getting a table at breakfast

Only one hand towel for a family of 3 but 3 bath towels. Definitely a motel, not a hotel so there are no lifts available for the rooms on the upper floor which can be heavy to lug a case up. Breakfast as others have commented is very basic. Toast, cereal, yogurt and tinned fruit with some cheese and ham. Fruit juice and tea& coffee available. No fresh fruit or croissants etc which would have been appreciated. Could buy a hot breakfast though but not sure on prices as the menus weren't presented to us so we didn't realise until we could smell it as we were leaving Breakfast is only between 7&9am

Clean, fresh room and great being able to park right next to the room so not far to cart luggage

Check-in was a bit hectic with one receptionist to take room service bookings & incoming calls alongside arrivals but it didn't help that there was a very demanding carload of other guests who felt that they should be prioritised even before other guests. I had an early start (6:30am flight out) so it would have been great to have a few continental breakfast items (cereal & juice maybe) available in the room due to the restaurant not being open, if already included in the room rate

The complementary breakfast was yummy, staff were very attentive and welcoming. The location is amazing, 8/10mins away from blue haven and twilight beach. Just across the road from the motel is the ocean foreshore with lots of Beam scooters to ride on (make sure you download the app prior) 😊 Rooms were always clean and tidy when we returned from our endeavours! Overall, We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying here again next time we come to beautiful Esperance ☺️

Leaving

Loved the staff! The on-site care taker, & his cat Arthur, cleaners/house keeping, wait staff, groundsmen and so on. Lovely people with great attention to detail. Complimentary continental breakfast. Nothing fancy but very handy. Complimentary Biscuits replenished each day from housekeeping were a win with the kids. Complimentary use of the washing machines and dryers! Amazing. Excellent location.

We were happy with everything. We didn't find the queen bed to be particularly comfortable, but it's not a deal breaker for us.

We had two rooms next to each other. The rooms had everything we needed. They were big with plenty of space, the bed was really comfortable, it was clean, the fridge was handy and we had a great view at the front across to the Esplanade. We ate in the Seasons restaurant the first night and we all had a fabulous meal at a reasonable cost. The continental breakfast was fine for us. We had great communication right from making my booking and everyone at the hotel was helpful and friendly.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

I loved the location as it was so close to the beach and the shops. The parking bays outside the rooms were very spacious but the Kinto vehicles occupied some valuable spaces. Park them out of the way as they are not being used. I loved the shower as the hot water had great pressure and it was instantly hot.

It would be nice for the rooms to have a knife and plate as there is a toaster. It would be nice if the rooms had some cleaning materials like a sponge or chux to clean up after ourselves. It wouuld be nice to have access to Netflix or something similar like a dedicated movie channel.

The room was perfect for a trip to Esperance, location was excellent as it is walking distance to the town center and the foreshore is over the road. The room is clean and can be cleaned every day, we chose to look after it ourselves by placing the do not disturb sign on the door. Internet service available and the staff are super friendly. The restaurant Seasons is attached to the hotel is excellent, the food is a hidden gem and the staff are great, evening view of the water but ask the staff to turn down the lights so you can see the outside.

Esperance can get a little windy but other than that the Hotel and location was perfect
