Very easy to arrange late check in, very spacious 2 floor apartment, comfy beds, great to have laundry facilities, full kitchen, very helpful staff who arranged extending our stay, good location very close to massive parks which are great for kids, basically right on the water and pretty central to everything in Esperance

There was no bathroom upstairs which was a little inconvenient. The upstairs floors were quite creaky so as a light sleeper I did wake up if someone went to the bathroom at night. The light in the kitchen just needs changing it was flickering during our stay.

Great accommodation : in the middle of town, walking distance to McDonalds, IGA, Skate Park, General Store, Mini Golf, Pub, Restaurant. Adequate car spots for 2 cars within property and more across the road. Staff are always helpful with requests. We were able to cook a big family roast dinner and make breakfast on bbq every morning. It's like having a home away from home. 5-10 minutes to the beaches on either side of town. Across the road from the ocean and everyone is friendly (country hospitality)

We loved the bathroom but I think the electricity wiring might be going awry somewhere because whenever I would turn the shower off I could feel tingling in my hand and arm - I just used a towel to turn the taps off when I was showering to avoid that.

The accommodation was good, I guess the only thing that I would say is that considering the elderly people that attended as well, the upstairs probably wasn't suitable for them considering mainly the stairs and all the bathroom facilities were downstairs with only the 1 Queen bedroom downstairs as well but we made it work and it was lovely, warm and cosy.

The stairs for the elderly and all 3 bathroom and toilet facilities were downstairs which was difficult during the night for our elderly but we managed. I also would have preferred enough towels to last the entire weekend considering we had 9adults 4children staying 2nights.

Our family (8 people) had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the chance to relax and spend quality time together. After eating out for several days, it was a nice change to enjoy a BBQ dinner and make our own breakfasts over two mornings. The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs.

The only downside was the absence of a dishwasher and tea towels that didn’t dry the dishes very effectively. Overall, a great experience—thank you for having us!

Great and quiet location on The Esplanade opposite Taylor St Jetty. Own parking spaces. Quirky design (we had apartment 4 and it was a standalone small house at the end of the row). Lots of space inside (but see negatives below). Communication with staff via email was clear and friendly.

There were only two of us so choosing beds was ok but as there is only one proper double bed (the second is a double under a bunk bed) I would recommend that anyone booking for multiple guests study the bed layouts as they might not suit everyone (multiple bunk beds). Bathroom very basic and an apartment that sleeps 9 should have two showers? (Did have a separate toilet room). Large picture window leading up the stairs meant anyone could see in when the light was on at night (although apartment 4 was at the end of the row).

Very good location. Parking right outside the apartment. The apartment was clean and in good condition.

Unfortunately there is considerable noise from the adjoining very large apartment, if it is occupied. After a large and extremely noisy group of guests took up occupancy very late on our fourth night, we were kindly offered another apartment. Jody acknowledged the problem and made every effort to ensure our comfort for our last night.

Location is great but no views, we were there to see the sights by exploring the area by car and foot so a room with a view was not a priority, lovely and peaceful so we had good sleeps!

Everything presented well and the room was very comfortable, but found the bath towels a bit thin and a brighter light for reading in bed might be nice, other than that we had an excellent stay and would stay there again, thank you for having us!

Paid $550 a night - Construction down stairs at 7am in the morning, no shampoo or conditioner, limited kitchen supplies (ie, no veggie peeler, alfoil) Etc), someone’s Netflix was signed in with inappropriate accounts (adult nudity).

Good sized studio room and bathroom. Good location across from beachfront gardens and playground. They were nice enough to give us access to the room around midday before checkin. Complete kitchen setup. Very quiet overnight.

Oven smelt really greasy when we used it. My bath towel shed fibres which stuck to my hair and skin. Mattress was a little hard and may not suit some. Bathroom fan was so loud that I used my phone light to use in the middle of the night.

It was luxuriously roomy and the kitchen was well appointed.

We are oldies so some information on how to navigate the television would be helpful and the wifi information would be good to be on the table . And there was not a lot of "free" TV, you had to have an account ?? But, hey, that is just the TV. My 2 friends did not even watch it. I watched it late at night when they went to bed.
