Central and overlooking the ocean, ten units with parking, plenty of steaming hot water, and electric blankets.

The property isn’t the ritz, so you have to accept some things are a bit cramped, that’s due to poor design than housekeeping issues. The toilet sits between the edge of the vanity basin and the shower screen, so you need to be careful when getting up. Bedroom is adequate but it’s a sideways shuffle round the bed to make it, but it’s only once a day so not a real issue. Again a little niggle, the outside fly wire door opens from left to right the main unit door opens from right to left, so a bit of jiggling to get the key in the lock, we managed but if you carrying stuff it’s a nuisance.

We loved the location and being able to cross the road and walk along the shoreline and have meals looking out over the bay. We loved that the property had a large internal garden that we could enjoy. It was great having a bbq to access. Kitchen was well equipped. The bed was too hard and we were getting back aches, however they very willingly changed the mattress and all was great afterwards. Nothing was a problem with the owners and staff, they were readily accessible and always helpful.

I was a bit hesitant when booking the hotel, however I was very pleasantly surprised. Don't let the pictures fool you - they are just not taken at good lighting. The villas are cosy, makes you feel right at home, rooms are exceptionally clean which is what I care most about, bed is comfortable, area is quiet. There are great facilities like laundry, BBQ area, chill green area and you are 10 steps away from the esplanade. We checked in after hours and it was a very easy process. Unfortunately, we didn't get to meet the owners but I want to say a big thank you for having us, your place is wonderful 😊

We stayed in room 8 in late June 2025. The place is clean and well appointed and we enjoyed our stay more than we expected. Bed was comfy; shower was older style, but the water was hot and the Wi-fi worked well. We'd stay here again. The Thai Restaurant (BYO) that's at the front of the property is very good too. Looking out over the central gardens is a nice bonus.

The TV remote on/off button didn't work, but we just used the button on the TV. Nothing else to really highlight as an issue.

The gardens of the motel were really nice, and well looked after It was a long walk (about a km) to anywhere to grab a drink. There was a nice Thai restaurant right next door, bit it was so poorly advertised by the motel that it wasn't until the third night out of 3 that i even realised it was there, The view from across the road was stunning.

I virtually had no interface with the managers. A long way to town by walking.

I was expecting a motel room but it was more like a little villa, with a bedroom, bathroom and lounge with a good kitchenette, and looked out onto the lawn area. Private, and not much noise from the road. There was also a coin operated laundry on the premises. We were warm and comfortable during the bout of wet, cold weather that hit Esperance during our stay. Excellent location, and Neil on the front desk was very welcoming.

It was nice & quiet. The staff was friendly, Welcoming and informative, the unit was clean, tidy and perfect for us and our stay. The location is excellent as its a short casual stroll into the town centre , it had a lovely calming beach front across the road ( not good for swimming), it was well lit and it had a beautiful back area to relax in. There's a Thai restaurant right next door, so you could either have dinner there or order take away and have a nice night in with a few glasses of wine and enjoy the sea air. I would definitely stay there again and I think it was value for money and it was ideal for us for what we wanted from our getaway. We did not think to take pics of the unit but I did do a video of it. Which I'm unable to post.

Great location, clean tidy and really helpful staff/owners. My wife left her handbag in the Thai restaurant next door and didn’t realise till after it was closed, staff there contacted the accommodation and between them arranged to get it back for us, over and above customer service from both the restaurant and the owners of the accommodation a real positive.

Near the beachfront and close to the Town Centre. Good location to walk to the jetty and close to a few restaurants. The unit is clean and the well maintained. The kitchen has all the cooking utilities and gadgets for the basic needs. The unit has air-conditioning and electric blanket. Neil, the owner is very helpful and provides good customer service.

The security gate lock is broken and should be replaced. Would prefer to have an extra security. Also the bed is placed in an "awkward" position - the space between the foot of the bed and the wall is very narrow. This makes it difficult for guest who are bigger size to get over to the other side of the bed.

The location is great, with the beach only metres away and all other areas in Esperance only a short walk away. The living room area was spacious and comfortable and the bed was quite comfortable. The managers greeted us very warmly and were cheerful throughout our stay.

The double bed only just fit into the bedroom space and did not leave a lot of room to get to one side of it. Plenty of room on both sides, just a little tight getting along the foot of the bed.
