Spacious modern room which has all the necessary basic facilities. Rear door access to the swimming pool and reception. Comfortable king bed (two joined king singles). Friendly and helpful staff, happy to help, chat and accommodate extra requests. Good on-site restaurant and sports bar with variety of drinks, beers. On site barista coffee & breakfast truck every morning. Located off just main road to not hear traffic but easy short drive/walk to town as required and across from Lake Kununurra for a walk/run.

Older 'smart' TV, not modern enough to use streaming services such as Netflix, Kayo etc. Otherwise no dislikes, quality/value stay.

We had booked into another Hotel and our Director advised us to stay here as it is clean and safe. I walked in the room and was totally surprised how big, clean and well thought out and decorated it was. So neat too. I liked how we could park right outside our units, which made us feel safe as well as the friendly reminders to lock doors. and the added security of the bolts in the sliding doors.

The restaurant was not really to my liking, but the food servings were huge and the prices for both drinks and food were very reaonsable.

Room was lovely and clean and bed was comfortable. The pool was great for a swim. Restaurant had great food and means you don’t have to go into town. Perfect if you don’t have a car and just need a relaxing nights break. Has everything you need.

There was no coffee in the room only a selection of teas and that’s a must for me. Might have been a housekeeping mistake. Also the shuttle I booked for the morning to the airport wasn’t rostered and they eventually sorted it out but I was getting worried after 20 minutes of waiting. I was lucky it wasn’t for earlier in the morning when nobody is at the front desk. I’ve stayed here before though without any troubles, usually they are fantastic.

I loved the bed, it was so comfortable and the location was perfect! It was great to be able to have dinner there without having to travel further as well. Also, the Wi-Fi was incredibly efficient!

The room had a bit of a funny smell when we first arrived but once we were in there it aired out. Otherwise there was nothing else we didnt like.

Lovely overall facility. Covered all needs. Most of the staff were very helpful.

Some of the reception staff were unhelpful (English girl was excellent though, just not the other two) There was no separate sink in the laundry to do hand washing. There was no provision of courtesy bus to take people into town.

Layout and pool were lovely. Location is great

Resturant food was terrible both time we ate there. The risoto was missing ingrediants and bland. We found plastic in it so id say left over and reheated. Next night got a burger that was cold and inedible. The patty was so burnt and hard you could not chew it. Happy hour at the bar is ok if you drink beer. Daily room service didnt happen daily

Our room was spacious, clean & wonderfully presented.

The restaurant had a quinoa salad on the menu. When the salad arrived the main ingredients were lettuce & cabbage, not quinoa as advertised. Disappointed.

Well spaced out, rooms were large and comfortable

No breakfast available even though compendium said it was, had a good bar area, the evening meal menu selection was good, but after ordering took one hour to arrive, the chicken snitzel was well over cooked, l should have taken it back but couldn’t be bothered waiting for a replacement, the four meals ordered were pretty poor in quantity.

My room was large and had a couch. The ensuite was also large. The staff in all places - reception, cleaning, bar and bistro were all very friendly and helpful. And the food was good. Great pool. There was also a good cafe across the road called Spilled the Beans in the caravan park as well as a nice walk. The complementary airport pickup and drop off was great.

Not having a back entrance meant you had to walk a long way round to get to something behind. It was also a bit out of town for walking. Not far but just so hot. None of this would be a problem if you had a car.

Nice big comfortable room, huge bathroom, beautiful pool & good dinners available in onsite restaurant.

Worst hot breakfast we’ve been offered in 3months travel. So bad management fully refunded our payment. Cant even get a coffee. Great dinners though! Massive bathroom with so much wall space free & 1 tiny towel rail - not even a hand towel hook?!
