I appreciated the room's size and the presence of a separate kids' room within it. The breakfast and dinner offerings were very good, both in terms of variety and flavor, with options even suitable for young children. Additionally, the hotel's playground and outdoor facilities were truly great and beautiful.

The toilet had an unpleasant smell, although it was clean. The bathroom can use an update.

Excellent hotel with great facilities for families. They thought about every detail to make the place suitable for children and adults to enjoy. The owner and staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel interior is beautiful. The room was very spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. We loved the reception area as well, both for its design and the games availability. The view and atmosphere from SaaAlm restaurant were amazing, with a great playground and water slide just beside it. There is a horse stable on site and many activities both at the hotel and in the surrounding area.

Everything was excellent. If I would think about something it will be to add a window net on the room window and balcony door.

Modern and clean room, great child care for our 14 month baby, delicious food, lift near the hotel, facilities for kids, sled available for use, convenient ski room, nice staff.

Not connected to the hotel - the ski resort is very small, but if you want to learn ski\snowboard or just spend time with your kids in the nature - this will be enough.

The staff were really friendly and approachable, and the facilities such as bike hire and play park and planned activities were all great and better than expected!

The bedrooms and restaurant were quite hot and stuffy, but that was expected for a building designed for winter hospitality.

It’s really a paradise for families with kids! Great facilities, fantastic guys in Kid’s club who make the little ones happy and the parents may have a good break from the routine
