The staff is mega professional!!! Any issue is resolved quickly. The service is almost =) perfect. Thank you. I also want to note the SPA, which is also simply wow. Swimming in an outdoor pool with a view of the mountains is a service that not every hotel will provide for more money. Many types of sauna. Massage. A beautiful lounge with a fireplace and delicious cocktails.

The only thing that I didn't like so much was that some information was only in German. For example, the description of different saunas was not duplicated in English, so I translated with my phone. Or only on the 3rd day of my stay, I realized that during breakfast new information was printed on a small piece of paper every day (offer, current weather, etc.). So please add more information in English in the future. thank you

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist added a personal touch that enhanced our stay. We opted for the half-pension option, and the meals were absolutely delicious! Both breakfast and dinner were flavorful and satisfying, showcasing a variety of tasty dishes that catered to different preferences.The private garden and spa were a highlight of our stay. We loved the unique experience of being able to swim from our building to the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. It was a warm and relaxing way to unwind while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Overall, the Aja Hotel provided a memorable and enjoyable getaway. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing !

The hotel had an amazing setting, with views of the mountains on one side, and Lake Achensee on the other. The staff are very curtious and helpful and we were met with a welcoming glass of Prosecco. The room was clean and spacious with a balcony looking out to the mountains. The bed was very comfortable as was the rest of the bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was superb, with a short order chef working the omelette station, and plenty of choice of cold cuts, cheeses etc. There is a spa though with only one night, we did not have time to try it, though the outdoor pool, which is linked to the indoor pool, did look very inviting. The hotel also benefits from a large underground car park. We would be happy recommend this hotel to any future guests, and hope to return ourselves one day.

- perfect location, we also had a room overlooking the lake and mountains - great generous room space, huge bed - nice breakfast with everything included and evening meals also good choice (needs reservation though) - pool is really nice, also foe kids (deep for them so prepare swimming accessories)

- i tried the spa this time for a pedicure and it was underwhelming, it was quite basic (not even color as apparently i didn't book attentively enough), the pedicure room was far less elegant than the lobby or spa area, the treatment was quite old fashioned and cost was like a super good pedi (with color!). Ended up having my feet looking less nice than before when they had color 🙈

The hotel is great, in an idyllic location and with direct access to the Achen lake. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, but a bit hot overnight (even if we had reduced the thermostat). Breakfast is great, a big buffet. Dinner were always very good, with meat, fish and vegetarian options. The spa is very nice, with several pools and saunas. Staff was nice and attentive, always trying to help. Cannot wait to go back!

Just to mention something, a coffee machine in the room would be great. But most importantly, the heat in the room needs to be addressed. As the climate warms, Alpine building constructed to retain heat become difficult to sleep in during hot summer days (we had almost 30C every day). We brought the thermostat down to 17C (the minimum we could regulate), but that didn’t help. Installing shades for the afternoon sun, or insect screens, so that one can open windows in full during the night, are both relatively cheap and environmentally friendly options that the hotel could try. Please do so, let us know, and we’ll come back next summer to try out the improvements :)

Our stay was very good. The room was spacious , modern in design , with a lovely bathroom. Every member of staff we interacted with was friendly and courteous . The restaurant was very nice as well with a good choice of food for both dinner and breakfast . The spa and outside pool area we enjoyed as well . Robes and slippers and a very useful bag in the room to use to take what you needed down (along with plenty of towels in the spa itself) was also a nice touch. So much to like.

Our good-sized room with balcony looked out over the beautiful lake and mountains. Breakfast was great, to suit a wide variety of tastes and omelette etc made to order. The staff were pleasant and professional. Dinner was excellent, and there are other good restaurants nearby. The location is next to the ferry terminal for trips up the lake.

We sometimes like a hot drink before bed, but the bar stopped doing hot drinks at 21:00

We have spent 4 wonderful days in this excellent hotel, with super view of Achensee Lake, the room was premium double room with a nice balcony with lake view, the receptionest “Thanks Sara” welcomed us warmly , she was so kind with us during our stay, the lobby so nice and we loved to spend a time there, the “Laurentius” restaurant are great and have a variety of food, and they have a breakfast buffet and the staff are serving us with a smile (Thanks to Ledya). They have a beautiful SPA called “Puria” , an excellent SPA with indoor and outdoor door Swimming Pool, we had Intensive Back Massage for 50 min from “Daniel” thanks to him I have spent a great time, there is a fee parking

Spa and pool area is top , room are spacious and comfy , best location, breakfast is excellent.

Timing restrictions in check-in and check out. after check out at 11 am, can't use the pool area unless you're paying extra !! Half board dinner options are limited and non convenient in comparison to the other dishes in the regular menu.. I would rather pay for my dinner separately instead of the half board option.

My recent stay at Travel Charme Fürstenhaus am Achensee had its ups and downs. The hotel's location is undeniably spectacular, offering breathtaking views that enhance the overall experience. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay.

However, there was an ongoing issue with an unpleasant garbage smell in the reception area, which left a negative first impression. Additionally, interactions with a staff member named Sonia in the restaurant were disappointing due to her rude and unprofessional behavior. Furthermore, there was a noticeable smoking smell coming through the windows, even though smoking wasn't allowed on the balcony. This compromised the hotel's non-smoking environment.
