Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food. The bartenders were very friendly and made sure we had an excellent evening. Our room was specious and comfortable with everything we needed. Our balcony had a great view of the mountain and morning sun. The wellness was good. Lots of different rooms and things in offer.

The pools and wirlpool were a tad too cold for me. The no textile policy in the saunas in Germany and Austria as a whole is not my thing. I do not particularly want to see as many private parts as I did. Maybe a rule to cover up with towels would be nice for some guests. The musical entertainment in the evening (fashn rock) was def not my cup of tea. I understand that it might be difficult to find entertainers in the mountains but it still was one of the worst things i have heard 🫠

The location is great - 10 minute walk from the lake and 15 minute walk from the Rofan cable car. Food was great, and the staff was very polite.

I didn‘t even think to check this in advance but at 28+ degrees the lack of air conditioning is noticeable. Additionally if you are noise sensitive you should ask for a room facing the pool (probably more expensive) because the ones facing the highway have quite some traffic noise. It wasn’t a big issue for me but I noticed it.

I wish I could drink tea in my room, but there was no electric kettle. Ok, there is an option to go downstairs and to drink tea in the ''library'', but they offer PLASTIC cups for tea!!! Come oooon, 4 stars hotel can offer normal ceramics cups, not this plastic gabbage! That was annoying.

- Food was great - Service was top - Kids were offered extra food and very special requests were also fulfilled - SPA facility is very well maintained, lots of space to accommodate most of the guests.

- The indoor pool is a bit small. With 3 families, it was already full

We loved every minute we spend here. The staff working at every corner of the hotel was very nice and helpful. Our room was very clean. The hotel had perfect Spa facilities. Very close to the lake side [15 mins of walk] and the boat stations.

Lovely setting. A friendly and comfortable hotel close to a wonderful lake. Good breakfast, good facilities. Charging station for electric cars.

No air-conditioning meant we had to open windows at night, and it was really noisy from a busy street below.

I enjoyed everything! One tip would be to go in an off-season. We went during off season and found it perfect. But perhaps when there are more people I can see some amenities being a bit too small for the amount of rooms (such as the pool)

The water in the spa areas was not very warm which wasn't good. Especially for it being winter.

The 2 bedroom suite was very big and spacious, great view of the lake. Excellent breakfast and dinner, really attentive staff. Pool is a little on the small side and was very packed but was well heated.

I didn’t agree with paying €4 for tap water at dinner when it is otherwise free in the hotel.
