We have arrived late in the evening and although a misunderstanding was made on room reservation, reception staff was very helpful in sorting out the problem. We switched the room the next day and everything was excellent. The hotel is quite new, with very nice and large and comfortable rooms. We have an infrared cabin in our room that we used every day after being on the ski slopes. We did travel with a small dog and staff was very friendly and helpful to accommodate the pet and daily room housekeeping. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection for all tastes. Hotel has Venetia Restaurant on ground floor, which was very convenient for dinning out or order some pizza if too tired after a day of skiing. Free parking on location

Ski room needs a ski boot rack with heater, to dry the equipment after a day of use.

The room was nice and spacious with a view on the town and a bit of Achensee. There also was a big balcony though we weren't able to use it because of the weather. Local pine shampoo and shower gel were provided, as well as a separate tap to fill up glasses and bottles with drinking water. We enjoyed the breakfast - the buffet had everything you can wish for - various sausages, salmon, variety of fruit etc. We could also order omlette or fried eggs. The staff was friendly.

Check out is a bit early but it wasn't a problem for us.

-Almost everything was perfect. The receptionist was lovely, the room was spacious and clean, the mattress was comfortable, the view was spectacular, the location was fantastic and near restaurants and shops. - Parking was available on site. - I loved the physio thermal cabin in the room, it did a great job.

- It would be nice if the rooms have AC units from the beginning OR high performance fans ( I did not ask for one maybe they have fans but it would be ideal to provide each room with its own fan), as it got really hot during the day and quite warm at night.

The staff was super warm and friendly. The highlight for us was that in the room there was a water fountain and we had an infrared cabin. After a long walk sitting in the infrared cabin was everything we needed

the room had a bit of old/human smell we assume it comes from the rug. We also tried to open all windows multiple times but the smell did not go away. But all in all it was a great stay and we we will come again

Clean comfortable room, bed, and bathroom. Wonderful and friendly staff at reception and breakfast, free parking, excellent breakfast.The restaurant downstairs very good and reasonably priced.

The hotel was further from the lake than I expected. I do recommend that guests drive further than the first view of the lake to see other parts of the lake and how large this natural beauty is.

Nice and modern hotel with a beautiful view of the Alps near the Achen Lake. Comfy and spacious rooms, the infrared cabin inside the room is a true specialty. A convenient location - 20min drive from Alpbach ski resort and 35min from Zillertal ski resort, a big spa center within 3min on the lake.

The hotel does not offer any extra bed options, although our room was big enough to easily accommodate a bed/mattress for our third kid. No ski boots heater or hanger in the ski room - this is very unusual.

Very spacious, luxurious room with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. Very comfortable sofa and armchair and enormous bed. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Excellent Italian restaurant within the building that served very tasty pasta and pizza.

The mattress was too soft, not so kids friendly as there is no playground or something else to entertain the kids and not only related to the hotel but the restaurant of the hotel and all other restaurants in the area didn’t have a menu in English and the communication in the area is not so easy for tourists.

Everything the give me upgrade to stander room to family room and i found minibar and fan to cool your room and actually was cold weather but they want to make sure everything perfect love it , near the lake and in the front of the hotel was big supermarket
