The staff was friendly and we were served a very nice breakfast. Our bathroom was quite spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel must be particularly nice during spring and summer, as there is a beautiful garden where meals and drinks are served during the hot season.

The room was very hot and we could not change the temperature on the thermostat. It was difficult to sleep in that heat. The next morning we inquired if the temperature settings of our room could be lowered. The staff agreed and the next night was a bit better, but still quite hot. Only one of the two charging stations for electric cars was working when we stayed at the hotel.

I enjoyed the beauty of the hotel and peaceful surroundings. This hotel was my base to explore Hall and Innsbruck. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with varied choices. I also ate dinner twice in the hotel restaurant which has indoor and outdoor seating. My room was large, immaculate, had a comfortable bed and a huge bathroom with tub/shower combination. The staff was very friendly and the surrounding countryside was beautiful.

The friendly and extremely helpful staff. Wonderful setting. Beautifully laid out. Good breakfast with the ability to enjoy it indoors or outside on the terrace. Rooms comfortable and nicely decorated. Excellent location for visiting surrounding areas. The helpful and courteous staff also contributed to the pleasant stay. Very much appreciated. Thank you. Clean, elegant, really felt like a 4* hotel. Parking is front of the hotel.

Pillows were not comfy. And mybe a bigger variation for breakfast would be good. But anyway, nothing.

Perfect on all accounts. We booked two rooms last minute for a one-night stay. The price was good. We found a beautiful, quiet hotel, with large and comfortable rooms, delicious food and good wine for dinner. Breakfast the next day was rich and fabulous. Excellent staff.

nothing really, i think for one night 100€ is a little expensive, especially if you are not traveling for vaccination but for work.

The location was incredible; just outside of Innsbruck and next to the medieval town of Hall, with a view of the towering Alps. The hotel garden was fabulous, with seating under the trees and a big lawn with giant sculptures and a playground for the kids. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food at the hotel was top-notch. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Well, the church bells that ring every hour were a tad annoying at first, but hey, I guess it's all part of the charm!
