Beautiful location and grounds. My son loved the toys and playground. Spacious room with a lovely balcony. Just a quick walk to the main part of town. I really loved this spot!

The service left a lot to be desired. I tried to order a drink at the bar (was ignored by multiple waitstaff) and then told to sit and someone would come to me. After sitting at a table for 15 minutes no one ever came so I left. Same with breakfast. No one greeting or seating. I had to hunt down staff to ask for cutlery and then they seemed annoyed at that request.

The staff was friendly and we were served a very nice breakfast. Our bathroom was quite spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel must be particularly nice during spring and summer, as there is a beautiful garden where meals and drinks are served during the hot season.

The room was very hot and we could not change the temperature on the thermostat. It was difficult to sleep in that heat. The next morning we inquired if the temperature settings of our room could be lowered. The staff agreed and the next night was a bit better, but still quite hot. Only one of the two charging stations for electric cars was working when we stayed at the hotel.

Great views of the alps and the local rural area. Short walk to the beautiful historic town of Hall in Tirol. The hotel room was comfortable and very clean.

A little more effort required to communicate as not all the staff spoke English, but this was a minor point. They made me feel welcome and comfortable regardless of any communication barriers.

We asked for a room with a view and we were just above the roof to the restaurant. The next day they moved us to a higher floor but we could still see the roof. The staff were mostly OK. Breakfast was good. Restaurant was very good

The scenic view is hidden by the restaurant.

We had an excellent stay! The location was stunningly beautiful near the mountains. The food was delicious. The hotel was very clean and well maintained and everyone was friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in that area!

I enjoyed the beauty of the hotel and peaceful surroundings. This hotel was my base to explore Hall and Innsbruck. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with varied choices. I also ate dinner twice in the hotel restaurant which has indoor and outdoor seating. My room was large, immaculate, had a comfortable bed and a huge bathroom with tub/shower combination. The staff was very friendly and the surrounding countryside was beautiful.

Clean, elegant, really felt like a 4* hotel. Parking is front of the hotel.

Pillows were not comfy. And mybe a bigger variation for breakfast would be good. But anyway, nothing.

The friendly and extremely helpful staff. Wonderful setting. Beautifully laid out. Good breakfast with the ability to enjoy it indoors or outside on the terrace. Rooms comfortable and nicely decorated. Excellent location for visiting surrounding areas. The helpful and courteous staff also contributed to the pleasant stay. Very much appreciated. Thank you. Nice comfortable hotel with a good restaurant with outside seating. Very nice breakfast. My room had a lovely view over the valley.

Perfect on all accounts. We booked two rooms last minute for a one-night stay. The price was good. We found a beautiful, quiet hotel, with large and comfortable rooms, delicious food and good wine for dinner. Breakfast the next day was rich and fabulous. Excellent staff.
