This is a family owned hotel. The owners were super friendly and helpful during our stay. It is well located in the village of Fulpmes. You can reach many restaurants and café by foot. The bus stop to reach Innsbruck, the ski hill Schlick2000 and the glacier is 1 min of walk away. The pool/sauna facility was greatly appreciated after a day skiing (it would be better if it was closing later).

We were not allowed to take a quick shower in the pool/sauna facility after coming back from skiing on our checkout day. There were no table or "living room" in our suite to spend time with our friends staying in other rooms. The "common room" on the main floor was closing at 8pm, so this wasn't an option either to spend the evening. The breakfast was starting at 7h30am. It would have been nice to be able to have breakfast earlier to reach the glacier at the opening.

Centrally located, it was convenient to us because we were on a hiking trip. The proprietor was very friendly and efficient, allowing us to check in early (which was very appreciated). Although the hotel was quite old, it was well cared for.

It was very old, and we had limited privacy from the adjacent room, which shared our balcony.

Everything except the check-in process, which was a little bit of pain after arrival time and communication issues, but this wasn't the host's fault. Booking.com communication provided the wrong contact number to the host.

This hotel is the perfect starting point for hikers of Stubai trail. As it's located in Fulpmes, it's 11 km from the first hut (Starkenburger Hütte). Carmen, the hostess, is very nice, welcoming and attendtive. We were late past check-in time, but Carmen assured us it's ok and waited for us until we arrived. The room is very basic, but nice and cosy. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast is absolutely fabulous with a variety of dishes (fruits, juices, cheeses, salami, eggs and cereals).

An excellent hotel, our host was extremely friendly and helpful. She accommodated and early check in as we were finishing a ski tour week and wanted to have shower. Rooms were extremely clean and a good size. Breakfast was excellent. Sauna and pool were great.

Ski room is perfect for skiers. There are 3 excellent sauna which were all working during our stay. Swimming pool is small, but just perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Breakfast is perfect.

The coffee is not espresso, but only americano. However this is not a problem as there are restaurants nearby.

Charming family hotel with very comfortable and large rooms. Also the breakfast was very good. Very nice owners. We felt very much at home. Good ski room en close to ski bus.

Wonderful stay, loved the host/owner! Great location, easy walk to everything. Nice concert on Wednesday nights next to the hotel. Pretty good variety for breakfast.

Left our luggage before the trek and retuned to this great hotel. Big appt. . Dinning table and tv area ..At the top with amazing views. Good breakfast

Only one toilet and shower No mini fridge

Hotel is very nice, like what you imagine when thinking about Tyrollean style, quite and great located right near the bus stop. The hostess is great! Very helpful. Breakfast is good European-style, but you can choose a drink from a wide variety of them! We booked a room for 4 person and it was really big and clean on the top floor. Swimming pool is not very big, children loved it.
