Staff - extremely helpful, kind and friendly. The woman at the front desk was great! Location - the hotel is surrounded by mountains and the view in the evening and in the morning are splendid. However, to get there, you will probably need to have a car. Room - it is a very nice room, spacious room with a nice bathroom. Balcony is spacious and a place, where you can enjoy a view on the surrounding area. Bed linen and towels are provided (also bathrobes). WiFi - WiFi was great, it was working nicely. Parking - there is enough parking spots in front of the hotel. Swimming pool - it is decent size, nice to relax and enjoy the water (note that the water is warm-cool). Open till 22:00. Overall, the hotel is a very nice place and definitely worth to stay there if you visit either Innsbruck or are going to ski.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. We truly felt welcome and cared for. The rooms were spotless, cozy with beautiful views on the mountains. Breakfasts were generous, fresh, and delicious – there was plenty of variety and we enjoyed every bite. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

The spa area should be open a bit longer, cause if someone is just there for one night and arrives late won't be able to use it. I think until midnight would work better. Water in the pool was simply cold. Second thing is breakfast, if you come later there won't be anything left, cause the staff is not refilling anything. As well we have been waiting long to get coffee, and even cutlery or glass for drinking a juice was something difficult to get, definatelly this is the area for improvement.

The hotel is located at the top of a beautiful valley where the mountains view from the huge windows is stunning, especially with the snow like in this time of the year. There’s a wellness area with a swimming pool, very relaxing and not too crowded. We had dinner and breakfast as well, everything was delicious. The room was big, clean, comfortable and the bathroom was huge. There were two couches and some armchairs in front of the bed, very handy to read, do some work, etc… i loved the king size bed. Plus, from the hotel, Innsbruck is reachable in 20 minutes by car

A fantastic hotel with stunning mountain views from the double bed room. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. The wellness services, including sauna and swimming pool, were top-notch. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

While the off-peak season meant the restaurant was closed, but the friendly staff provided helpful recommendations for nearby dining options. The WiFi was somewhat unreliable due to an ongoing upgrade to fiber optic infrastructure.

This was my sixth visit to Hotel Oberhofer and it has been perfect each time. The penthouse apartments have amazing views with enormous windows. One of the best things is waking up to the gorgeous mountain view and enjoying a coffee while watching the sun rise. I like the spa area a lot. After a day of skiing, there is nothing better than drifting through the two saunas, infrared sauna and steam bath. You can actually step out into the garden to cool down by a little pond after the sauna, through the pool area. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel doesn't advertise its chef enough: the food is absolutely delicious and the cook is creative in subtle, wonderful ways and uses really fine ingredients. The 4-course dinner menu is well worth it, especially after a day of skiing or hiking. We always get half board because the village that the hotel is in doesn't have other restaurants and we don't want to have to walk or take a taxi to the neighbouring town. Doesn't matter though, we would eat at the Oberhofer anyway because of the excellent food. We booked massages this time and the masseuse did a wonderful job of loosening up our muscles which were tired from skiing. Highly recommended. I've been here in winter and summer, and the region has tons to offer in both seasons.

Everything was really great we enjoyed our time here. We ate dinner here once that was really good. The bed was comfy the sight was breathtaking.

The bees and wasps were a little bit annoying we could not enjoy a cup of coffee outside because of them.

The view from the room was just perfect! There is enough parking spots for everyone, because parking is available not only by the street but also underground! Very tasty breakfast and dinner! Thanks to the lovely staff at the reception and restaurant, we felt really welcomed! And of course it was great to relax at the spa after a long day at the mountains! We will definitely be back! ❤️

The location of the hotel is very remote from everything, but You already know it before the booking, so that wasn’t really a problem! Our room is waiting for a little touch up, for example the lamp at the corridor was falling out, but it didn’t bothered us.

Where to start!! It was amazing! A young man welcomed us, and he was so helpful and nice! We were on a road trip and made a last minute booking and wow we hit the jackpot! They served us delicious dinner (almost to late) and we got to end our 8 hour driving day in their nice sauna and swimming pool. Our room was big, clean and the beds were really comfortable 🙏 Last but not least, the view from our balcony was simply magnificent! 😍 We would stay there again most definitely if we take another trip in this area!

Love their front desk/bar hosts. Very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are great! We stayed in a junior suite with an incredible view. The location itself is slightly remote, so depending on what you're looking for it may be perfect or just close to it. The staff are also great at suggesting nearby restaurants or arranging activities and spa bookings. Couldn't have been happier with the room and price! And their pool and sauna are fantastic as well!! Thoroughly enjoyed both.

There's nothing I didn't like. No elevator on the property so if you're mobility limited, ask for help with your luggage and they're happy to offer extra hands.
