We had a wonderful time again at this hotel, it's a hidden gem in the mountains with an exceptionally beautiful scenery. There are several places around the town for hiking or strolling. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anybody who wants to recharge in a calm and green place. The breakfast is nice, along with the staff who made sure we felt welcome again. The wellness is nicely maintained.

The lack of dining options is a bit concerning. We were not informed in advance that dinner is not available at this period, the reception even offered a lactose-free option for dinner when I contacted them, but the restaurant was closed during our whole stay. As we arrived with public transportation, our options were limited for getting around the area.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There were free parking spots available for the car, which was a big plus. The room was absolutely beautiful – large windows and a private balcony offered breathtaking views of the mountains. The room smelled like wood, which created a lovely natural atmosphere. The bed, blankets, and pillows were extremely comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. The sauna area was impressive – several different types of saunas were available, along with massage services and a solarium. The location of the hotel high up on the mountain was majestic, and the train station was only a few hundred meters away. It was easy and convenient to get to Innsbruck by train, and the scenery along the way was absolutely stunning. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature.

The hotel looked better in the pictures than in real life. Breakfast was not included in the room rate, which felt strange for a place like this. In the spa and sauna area, the showers only had cold water, and the individual shower stalls were so small it was hard to move around. The swimming pool could have had beautiful views, but the doors and windows were closed and dirty, which ruined the atmosphere. The garden was also messy and clearly in need of maintenance.

Great accommodation for anyone who wants to relax, have a good rest and enjoy the Austrian vibe. The hotel is located in the mountains, in a small village, and from the outside it did not seem as big as it actually was. Inside, the hotel opened up on several floors with spacious hallways and rooms. We were surprised by the convenient and modern layout, as we could easily get to our room by elevator from both the parking lot and the reception. Our room was very modern, spacious and clean. The room was not equipped with air conditioning, but when we opened the balcony door, the room was cooled by a pleasant cool mountain air. The property has free parking outside and in the garage. There aren't many spaces on the street, but there was enough for everyone. We were traveling with dogs and this hotel is dog friendly. There is an additional fee for them. Very kind staff, interested and polite, also showed us around the hotel and took us to the room. We still managed to enjoy the magic of the SPA and the pool. The rooms were clean, everything looked modern, the pool and the water were also clean. We were able to enjoy a swim in it without any disturbance. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy breakfast because we left early.

The hosting staff was extremely kind, patient and helpful. truly eager to make us feel comfortable. They helped us make reservations and gave us great recommendations. The room was huge, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed- coffee machine, tea, etc. There’s also a sauna and pool area on site. Excellent value for money!

Breakfast seemed a bit pricey for us — €19 per person. We didn’t try it, so we don’t feel comfortable judging, it might be an amazing meal... we chose to eat at nearby cafés instead (there are several just a short drive away). Still, overall it’s great value for the price.

Staff - extremely helpful, kind and friendly. The woman at the front desk was great! Location - the hotel is surrounded by mountains and the view in the evening and in the morning are splendid. However, to get there, you will probably need to have a car. Room - it is a very nice room, spacious room with a nice bathroom. Balcony is spacious and a place, where you can enjoy a view on the surrounding area. Bed linen and towels are provided (also bathrobes). WiFi - WiFi was great, it was working nicely. Parking - there is enough parking spots in front of the hotel. Swimming pool - it is decent size, nice to relax and enjoy the water (note that the water is warm-cool). Open till 22:00. Overall, the hotel is a very nice place and definitely worth to stay there if you visit either Innsbruck or are going to ski.

I had a very pleasant stay! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly and supportive, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The location of the property is great, and I especially enjoyed the beautiful views from both the restaurant and the spa area. The spa itself was a highlight — it featured a pool and multiple types of saunas, which made for a very relaxing experience. Overall, a great combination of comfort, good service, and relaxing amenities. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. We truly felt welcome and cared for. The rooms were spotless, cozy with beautiful views on the mountains. Breakfasts were generous, fresh, and delicious – there was plenty of variety and we enjoyed every bite. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

The room was really beautiful, bright, and cozy, with stunning views from the large windows. We had a lovely balcony where we enjoyed breakfast, which was a wonderful touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was always free parking available.

The Wi-Fi was quite weak and didn’t meet my needs. The room lacked both air conditioning and a fridge, which would have been very useful. The pool was disappointing - it was small and felt very stuffy.

Beautiful views, the apartment was nice a clean, stuff very friendly, great place to relax

The spa area should be open a bit longer, cause if someone is just there for one night and arrives late won't be able to use it. I think until midnight would work better. Water in the pool was simply cold. Second thing is breakfast, if you come later there won't be anything left, cause the staff is not refilling anything. As well we have been waiting long to get coffee, and even cutlery or glass for drinking a juice was something difficult to get, definatelly this is the area for improvement.

The view was absolutely stunning looking across to the mountains, beautiful location easy to locate with a sat navigation, even had room for our very large van that we were travelling in. Amazing room very clean and comfortable. Just WOW 🤩
