Exceptional location, in a good position at walking distance from the ski shuttle stop. The hotel was super clean and service always availble and kind. The SPA was also really confortable and clean. Breakfast and dinner both rich in variety and with good quality standards. We will definitely come back!

Don't really have anything on the negative side, but it would be great to have a boiler or coffee machine in the room. Additionally in the SPA they should check kids allowance or at least make sure parents won't leave them unattended, because they can create quite some noise in a place that is supposed to be quiet.

The property is convenient located with ski buss stop to Schlick 2000 ski resort in less than 10 min nearby by well including ample parking in front of. The Alpenhotel is well established with great atmosphere, nice stuff and owners very helpful and providing all assistance you are required. Very good chef and wine selection with combination of Tyrol and world wide menu. Swimming pool and complex of saunas provide excellent wellness recovery after the whole ski day!!! Definitely recommend for winter ski holidays!!!

We liked the room with balcony and Mountain View. The breakfast and dinner was delicious! Totally recommend to take it. The tea kettle wasn’t in the room but was provided on our request. Nice sauna area.

Internet connection was quite bad and unstable. We were surprised by the operating hours of spa area. The sauna was available from 3pm and till 7:30 pm only. The cleaning lady was constantly disturbing us on checkout day while we were still in the room by trying to open it.

Food options were very good, breakfast had a wide variety which was all lovely and there were dinner options to suit everyone. The swimming pool and hot tub were the perfect end to a busy day skiing. Hotel was very clean and friendly, helpful staff.

It was a shame that there wasn't complementary beverages in the room. A number of our party didn't find the pillows to be very comfortable. I feel that the cost of tap water was extremely expensive and should of been free.

Stunning place to stay! Hosts are super nice and will make you feel at home. Very comfortable bed; spacious room with a picturesque view from the balcony. The food is AMAZING! Each day there is a different 5 course menu to try. There is always a veggie option when it comes to the main course. My absolute favourite were soups and desserts (Tiramisu left me speechless!). Thank you so much for this experience! And hope to see you soon!

Food was amazing, they also prepared a great option for my daughter that is Celiac. Clean, great staff and location.

The only thing I would recomend is to have a better wifi, it kept logging off and asking many times for the password again. Sometimes I didnt realised I was off and using my data. But just a minor recomendation, everything else was perfect.

Everything was excellent- we have stayed here before and it been a favourite memory for us. We couldn’t wait to come back. Our stay was excellent- food, facilities and location. Just beautiful

Very polite staff, good breakfast and wonderful location with a Mountain View! We arrived late and didn’t used sauna but pool and jacuzzi was amazing. Especially pool size!

would be great if breakfast starts at 7:00 (not 7:30), so that skiers can catch the first lift on glacier:)
