Great location, really friendly staff special thanks to Žaneta, she was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, always smiling. Plenty of choice for food. We had a mountain view room with a balcony, the view was stunning and worth every penny although the room was a bit small for 3 people, not much room to move. Spa facilities were also great but only if not many people using the facilities as it's smaller than it looks on the photos. Would definitely recommend

Downside was that the hotel and the room was really warm, way too hot , we couldn't regulate heating ourselves, we stayed in February and it was cold outside but would still appreciate it if we could turn the heating down in the room. There were no facilities in the room so no coffee machine or fridge which would have been really nice and would top this experience

We discovered this hotel by accident, and it turned out to be fantastic — it exceeded all our expectations. The room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate three adults and two dogs. I highly recommend opting for the dinner package — the additional cost is more than worth it, as the meals were both delicious and satisfying. We were allowed to dine indoors with our dogs, although in a separate area which, as I understood, usually serves as the bar. It was cozy and, I would even say, intimate. The garage parking is quite narrow, and if you have a roof box, it’s not possible to enter. There is a spa with, I believe, four different saunas and a good swimming pool. A great added value is that the hotel provides a Stubai Region Card, which includes free access to cable cars to the Tyrolean peaks and other attractions. There are also swimming pools included, though we didn’t use them. If we ever happen to be in this area again, we will definitely stay here. The additional charge for a dog was, I believe, €15

I cannot thank this hotel enough to what they have done during our stay. The staff is extremely kind and they are well prepared and get used to little guests. My son has allergy to milk and the trip was meant to celebrate his birthday. We were not sure what to expect but the service to us and especially to the non-dairy meals were extraordinary (below pictures)! Every day they made a special dessert on dinner time to my son, totally different from the menu and made sure they were delicious. On the last day, the day of his birthday, we ordered a chocolate cake and I brought some decoration and ask them to place in the cake. They once more excel in their service! Even though I did not tell them to put in the cake special fruits, they notice that every day my son went for our raspberries and fulfill the cake with lots of them, not to mention, they decorated our table. So so kind! Despite the food, the shuttle service was also great. There is some slot of time that the shuttle does not work ( 11:00-15:00) but if you book in advance for extra 10 € and the driver is available, they get you there. Pool and playground area was also very nice. In summary, I would say this is the best hotel I have stayed with my kids so far! We are definitely coming back again as the region is also very good for skiing and the big ski school (stubai tirol) is also very nice!

Nice location, good facilities and friendly staff st the reception.

Staff (not all of them) during the breakfast service and especially at the bar. The breakfast offerings were delicious, and I appreciated the variety available. However, I noticed that the staff seemed quite rushed during breakfast service and less approachable at the bar . On multiple occasions, they appeared distant and did not engage warmly with guests. A warm and friendly interaction can significantly enhance the guest experience, especially during the start of the day or evening after a long day of activity:)

The breakfast was amazing, good selection and they also cook food to order. The play room down stairs was a real highlight, kept our son very busy each day. And the staff had very good recommendations. Also the Stubai Super Card that you get, got us free use of the Gondola, Free entry in to the thermal pools and free tram ride into Innsbruck

Nothing I didn't like. However it may be warm in the rooms in peak summer. It would also me nice if the Sauna was open a little later. Until 10:00pm

Very comfortable family room, very clean facilities across the hotel. Family friendly as there were lots of young families and the staff was very friendly and polite. Breakfast had a very good selection of always fresh products. Clean pool (very very clean, but did not smell of chemicals, something I only found in Austria! so much appreciated for family with babies). Clean reception- floor, rugs, rooms, toilets.

Fresh fruit for breakfast was very scarce- maybe Kiwi and oranges in one day.

The hotel was great. We had a 2,5 year old baby and she enjoyed a lot. The pool was great, and there was a playing area for kids which was perfect. Breakfast was good, all we needed. Location is also great with mountain view and you can reach lifts in few minutes. The outside pool looked great but it was raining. For sure we will come back and for sure to this hotel.

Unfortunately, the restaurant for dinner was closed. But maybe because it was off-season, but also restaurants are close enough and friendly.

Very nice hotel with large and cosy rooms. Room and bathroom was brand new. Dinner is really great! If someone‘s complaining about the food this person is either used to only eat at Michelin star restaurants or is missing cheese burgers and chicken wings. Every night’s dinner was a five course menu and the quality was really great. The only thing which could possibly be improved might be the salat buffet. For breakfast you can order several freshly prepared dishes. Such as fried eggs, scrambled eggs with ham and cheese, pancakes, etc. There is of course also a buffet with everything you need. We had a great time here!

Location is excellent, staff are great . The driver of shuttle bus to ski , he is so friendly and funny to our kids. Kids love him so much

WiFi in our room was so bad….. The water pressure in shower room was not strong enough to enough take a shower. Most of days we took the shower in Santa area or swimming area
