Nice hotel with good wi-fi and friendly staff. We were only there for one night. Room was OK the pillows a bit too soft for me but that's personal preference. Breakfast was very good and the best part for me was the amazing restaurant that they have behind the hotel. The food was very good

All good maybe housekeeping could pay a bit more attention to the curtains rods....there were a few spiders

The room was very pretty, with a nice balcony. I had a problem with the payment and from the reception were very friendly and understanding to solve it. Breakfast was good. Very nice and comfortable garden.

The double bed were 2 individual beds, and they couldn't be kept together, leaving a space between them. On a Sunday morning, the houskeeping lady knocked the door and came in 2 times, around 8am and 9.30am, it was annoying.

Perfect little inn with views, friendly staff, great breakfast & restaurant! We met up with family there and having a lounge available to chat and play games, was excellent! Even got a little gift on departure!

The landscape from the balcony. The breakfast room, very typical and comfortable, and also quality of breakfast food. The deluxe room was beautiful, spatious and comfortable. The lady by Rovigno was very very kind.

Lack of variety for sweets at breakfast. Too hot temperature of dinner room, because it was a very hot period, but above all because it was impossible to open the majority of windows and the one you can open it's only for few centimeters!!

Nice, quiet location, very clean, loved the interior design and general feel of the place. The staff were friendly and spoke some English (basic but enough to communicate everything). Free parking on-site, tasty breakfast. Overall very good value for money, I would stay there again!

Location is very good, you are at a 30-60 min drive away from all ski resorts from Zillertal Area. Communication was very easy, staff was friendly, although they don't all speak English. Food was also very good, especially dinner, they also have a vast drinks menu and also offer vegetarian food. There is also a sauna available for guests, we really appreciated that as well. We had a great time and I really recommend this hotel. I think the prices are fair for what they offer.

We booked a Tirol room and although the bathroom was nice and new and the room was clean, the facilities in the room are old and could really use some improvements. Breakfast, although very delicious, is pretty much the same each day and it could be improved.

We stayed just one night on our way from Italy and the hotel met all of our expectations and even exceeded them. The staff was helpful and nice, we got even a room upgrade. The room itself was super clean, spacious with balcony and mountain view. Free sauna was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was tasty, maybe more choices of sweet pastries would be nice. We like the area and we are putting the place on our holiday list for future.
