Everything. Beautiful hotel, stylish and clean. Amazing location with stunning views and a pond with fairy lights around. A relaxing beer garden at the front with tables under mature deciduous trees. Huge terrace with fantastic views of the snow-capped peaks. Quiet location but close to the Landeck town. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. So much attention to detail. Great food and ice cream desserts. Friendly and welcoming staff. Many beautiful walks and a swim lake very close to the hotel. Sitting area in the room and, of course, outstanding view from the balcony.

That I had to leave. It would be a fantastic place for a longer holiday.

Beautiful location, next to a small pond and half way up a mountain. Lovely forested walks on the doorstep. Classic, traditional Alpine hotel with loads of character and charm. Friendly and helpful staff. I had the half board option and the evening meal each night was delicious and extremely varied. Fantastic! My bedroom was simply decorated, but the bed extremely comfortable . The water pressure and water temperature in the shower great. My room was extremely quiet. The WiFi generally worked well. Overall a lovely stay. Would recommend.

Breakfast could do with some variety each day; especially in the hot dishes department. Wish I had been given a Tirol West Card on arrival. It would have saved me quite a bit of money on the local buses. Just remember that this hotel is in a remote area above Lamdeck. It's a steep 25 minutes walk from the church. Easy doing downhill, exhausting (for me) going up.

This place is outside of Landeck and the road there is a challenge (do NOT use the AppleMap route from the east side, but use the 'restricted road' from near the church/schloss), so use the dinner option (half pension). The menu was varied and food excellent. This far exceeded our expectations. This location is less than an hour from 3 excellent and large ski locations (SkiAlberg, Ischgl valley sites, Serfaus).

Everything was perfect - the location, the staff, facilities, the rooms were comfortable and clean. We had a very lovely stay and enjoyed skiing in Ischgl for four days, which is only a 30 min drive.

The only thing that could be better was, if the sauna could be open even after dinner, after 7 pm. And also the water pressure of the shower in the room could be improved.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. We booked on a half-board basis and were amazed at the number of courses for the evening dinner as well as the variety and excellent standard of food. Exceptional value. Our room overlooked the hotel lake. It was a large room with a balcony and very well-equipped. 180 degree view of the mountains. Adele is a very efficient and friendly hostess, speaks perfect English, and is always on hand for assistance. The restaurant and bar staff are welcoming and professional. Couldn't find fault. There is much of interest to see in the area and we can't wait to return.

Staff very welcoming and accommodating. Half board and food was excellent to a very high standard. Rooms were very spacious and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Very quiet as outside the main town.

Staff, cleaning people and those who cooked for us( my gluten-free bread!),were very helpful and very nice. Nice spa.

The Hotel needs updating. The rather old furniture in the room does not make it cozy.

Exceptional stay. The room was immaculate, and the unique dining experience at your restaurant was a highlight. The staff's friendliness and attention to detail made my visit memorable. Additionally, the convenient location proved to be a significant advantage for accessing nearby ski resorts.

very well organized personell, extremely friendly and professionl. we had HB and were very very satisfied with food, micheline cooked dinner served! will come back for sure!

A nice Quiet mountain retreat. Nice big breakfasts. Near by hiking and skiing. People were friendly and the spa room was big and great after doing sports all day.
