+ Good hotel, they maintain everything clean. + Our shower had a problem, but then the staffs offered us a change of room. + Get a breakfast. Not the best breakfast but good enough to fill your stomach in the morning. + Near tram and bus station

- I think they are kinda short on staff especially in the morning. During my stay, there were a lot of people having breakfast and there are only 1-2 staffs working in the restaurant area and they were too busy with other chores.

The hotel is conveniently located with better than expected facilities, including comfortable beds, a good shower, a fridge in the room and free private parking. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We were travelling with our dog JJ and Anouska the cat. The pets were accepted without any fuss at no extra cost. Would highly recommend whether just passing through on the nearby A1 like ourselves, or for a longer stay, with the trams being next to the hotel. Breakfast was very good and also included in the price. Thank you.

No WiFi, though this was reflected in the price we paid.

The Breakfast was very good and there was a large selection to choose from. The room was large and spacious, well laid out. Parking was good, directly below our room. There was a restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.

The lack of WIFI in the individual room was a let down, and the only location that had WIFI was the reception area. Other than the WIFI issue, we have no other issues.

Nice and helpful staff, clean, and pretty decent breakfast.

The pillow was non-existent, even though i folded it two times (so it was four layered) it became flat like a paper after my head hit the pillow. I guess the bed was ok, but the comfort could’ve been better. Also some (if not most) places need renovation i think, they’re pretty old and probably collected dirt over time. It feels a bit “ignored” if it makes sense.

Nice breakfast and comfortable beds. The staff is super nice and helpful. The hotel has a very good public transport connection to the main square and other important parts of the city.

The area in which a hotel can often be loud especially during football games.

Everything was good, nothing to complain about. I booked this room for my son at the last minute as he had to stay in Linz until the morning - so was happy to find a not expensive place for one night, especially with breakfast. The staff were very friendly, that is a major plus.

No W-Fi in the room.

I needed the cable for my phone, since I forgot mine and young lady (with eyeglasses and long dark hair) was very polite and borrowed me one:) Staff are doing their best to provide quality service for very competitive price! Nice breakfast Parking spot

Light switch in the room was half-broken, it should be fixed. Facilities could be better.

This is a very functional and comfortable hotel, It seems family run. I stayed two nights while cycling through Austria. The staff were very helpful, breakfast was good and the tram into Linz city centre is very convenient.

Be sure to ask for an en suite room when you book, if this is what you want. Some rooms have shower but no toilet.

The breakfast was good. The room was clean and matched to the descriptions. It is ideal if you just stay a couple days.

Bit far from the city center but there is a tram stop next to the hotel so you can reach the center easily.
