A very spacious apartment with the feel of luxury, high quality amenities and furniture, comfortable bed, usable sofa bed, well equipped kitchen even for family stay, large and nice bathroom, separate toilet, balcony on the quiet inner side. Good location, close to many children playgrounds (we loved the one in Volksgarten) and the historic center. The main street noise that some people complained about was a non-issue for us as we kept the windows closed during the day and it was quiet inside. The door code system worked perfectly (unlike many complaints I've read). The lift was large enough to fit in a Thule stroller and 2 adults. Both the online support and cleaning lady were very helpful (prepared kid's crib and sofa bed upon request) and welcoming.

AC somehow worked (could be heard when ON) but the room temperature was always around 25-26 degrees C no matter how much was actually set (I tried 18-25 on both control panels with the same result). Outside temperatures were between 20 (night) and 32 (day).

Style and spaciousness of the room. Dishwasher was a nice touch too. Good location - we were able to walk everywhere.

Unfortunately the street was really loud and since the weather was really hot, we had to open the window at night. We barely slept. Otherwise it was perfect! When the windows were closed, you couldn't hear the street!

The apartment was big, well equipped kitchen

I did the electronic check in upon arrival at night and the access code was not arriving. I contacted staff via WhatsApp and they sorted out immediately. When we arrived to the building, we couldn’t open the door. Again the WhatsApp support was very helpful as the instructions were misleading. We were a group and it was flagged, but we got towels and bed linens just for a couple bed. The house keeping was supposed to leave it in the morning, but no one came or left it around.

Huge room, very modern and attractive, quiet balcony location, best shower ever, handy kitchen.

Two minor complaints. We reported the room wifi wasn’t available and a request for help took 24 hours to receive. We discovered on our own that a room above us had a strong connection with the same password but that wasn’t per instructions. Ventilation system instructions did not work either but the default setting was ok though a bit warm.

This was my second stay at Limehome Linz Schillerstraße, and I really enjoyed it. Nice and perfectly clean room. No trouble with the air conditioning. I did not get the access codes in time. At arrival I called the service and asked for it. The service was kind and helpful. They sent me the access codes instantly.

The appartment is very nice and comfortable. It is very clean, and the personnel helped us perfectly when we had some trouble getting in. (The arrow on the doorknob is pointing in the wrong direction) The centre is in walking distance, and so is the train station.

It was missing some extras like oil or luggage storage.

While the hotel provides a comfortable stay with excellent service and amenities, the absence of a washing machine in the room or designated laundry facilities is a drawback. Including such amenities could significantly improve the convenience for guests, especially those on extended stays.

Highly reccomend this apartment! Trendy, friendly, comfortable, close to the center. Nice and practical furnishing. Easy to check in and out. It was perfect to us. We stayed only one night, but it is suitable for longer staying.

Fully equipped with really good price

Sofa bed as it was not in good condition as normal sofa usage as well as when you use it as a bed, the metal part of the both side of the bed was making more noisier and uncomfortable.

Suite 101, single night only. Very well appointed, stylish apartment. That bathroom! Great location, 3 minutes to the fresh market, I am surprised nobody mentioned that yet? Don't understand the negative comments about having diffculty with the check in process. Easy peasy. Wiederholung guaranteed.
