We were met by the daughter of this family establishment and could not have asked for a better service. Sweet and very helpful. The whole hotel is very authentic and just what you imagine a hotel in Austria would look like. We had a lovely dinner, and the waitrice was also very lovely. We sat on the terrace the whole evening enjoying the magnificent view. The rooms are very clean and we had a great stay here. It's definitely not the last time we stay at this hotel.

The lady serving breakfast was not very helpful. We had breakfast at 9am and at this point the thermo with coffee was empty. We asked for more but we' were told she only makes one thermo with coffee. Not possible to get more. We had to drink the coffee from the machine. Not much to choose from in the cold meats and it didn't get stocked again. Tho the breakfast experience was a bit annoying, it's not going to stop us from returning to this hotel.

We stayed here after driving the GlossGlockner Road and it was a lovely family run hotel. Nothing fancy but nice and clean and had a restaurant/bar where we ate dinner on arrival. There was plenty of free parking and the rooms were a good size. The breakfast in the morning was just lovely - the first breakfast on the 6 week trip that I did not have to prepare myself :-). This would be a lovely place to stay in winter and summer ! The staff were all very nice too. The only negative thing I could mention is that I sent a couple of questions through booking.com re the restaurant hours as there was nothing on their website, and I did not hear back from them. Unfortunately we ate before we got there but the people we travelled with had a wonderful pizza and a glass of red wine at an excellent price ! :-)

Would have rated more if the check in and service when we arrived would have been a bit more friendly. Someone was having a a bad day obviously! Although next morning different lady and alot better

Nice service. Parking close to the entrance. Good breakfast with the possibility to cook soft-boiled eggs on site. Nice view from the window and balcony. Clean.

You have to come early because at the end of the breakfast time you may run out of something. The delicious peanut cheese was missing but there were other tasty dishes.

Such friendly family and staff, food is great and the hotel has a relaxed & friendly atmosphere. Well located for trips out and peaceful at night.

Our rooms here I would describe as 'quirky', the welcome was warm and friendly. We had reserved a table for dinner in the restaurant, the food was absolutely outstanding. The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful.

The staff, in particular the waitress in the restaurant, were excellent. Room was nice, but 2 flights of stairs, was a shock to my system 😁

No tea or coffee in the room but that appears to be an Austrian thing. Bathroom was small, but the shower was a decent size. I'm not small.

Room very comfortable. Stunning breakfast.

Smoking and noisy people under the windows of our room as we were on the first floor above the pizzeria.

Beautifully well kept property, cleaned regularly and always smelled fresh.

Great sized rooms, quirky decorations and lovely atmosphere

Nice and traditional hotel with spacious rooms, some places for parking our motorbikes behind the hotel, otherwise there is a parking next to the hotel. The dinner at the hotel was great and the breakfast was good as well.
