The location (Rangersdorf) was a quiet village outside of Lienz. The views to the mountains were stunning and the environment was fresh and clean. It's a little way outside of a main city, but if you're looking for a quiet stay somewhere, this more than fits the bill. The staff spoke English well, and the hotel was full of character, clean, and comfortable. For us breakfast was included and the range of food available was extensive. The bed was super comfortable!

Not so much did not like, but be aware that there is a defined check-in time (usually 4pm local) for Hotel Molltalerhof.

Idyllic location, close to the Grosglockner high alpine road, Good paths for a quick run/cycle around the area. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was simple but apitising. There was a restaurant on site. The small playground outside was very well received by the kids. All in all would recommend and come back myself.

There was quite a long waiting time to check in and to check out (5-15 min) but that was also down to a large group checking out at a similar time. There was no staff present when we arrived but as soon as they came checking in was fast and efficient. There is no air conditioning in the room, but there are large windows that can be opened.

location was perfect for our motorcycle trip with parking undercover available for my bike, only enough space for a few but plenty of outdoor parking in a safe area. Evening meal was good, although it became busy with groups of motorbikes arriving and a little short of staff for that amount of people but we got served no trouble.

Breakfast was limited

The hotel offers a stunning view of the sunset over the mountains, spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. The spa is beautifully designed and clean. Brekfast is very tasty! We spent New Year's Eve at the hotel — a big thank you to the host for the champagne and the spectacular fireworks!

We were disappointed that the sauna was not functioning, despite notifying the reception about the issue.

A superb hotel in a wonderful location and an excellent base for a 3 night stay to explore the area. The manageress Moni was brilliant.... helpful, friendly and efficient and assisted superbly by Manu who despite multi-tasking and balancing the service of the bar and the restaurant never made a mistake and was always attentive and smiling..... thank you both. The rooms were brilliant and the restaurant provided excellent meals. The breakfasts were varied and plentiful. Such a great place to stay with excellent staff.

Everything was brilliant

The location makes this property. nestled in the valley of the mountains it is truely amazing. Sitting on the terrance drinking a cold beer or staring out of the bedroom windows at the mountain views are both spectacular.

No Aircon. Only 1 pillow each although more supplied on request. Decor a little tired but in keeping with the traditional Austrian mountain style hotel.

We arrived at late ningt, but the bar was opened to have some beers. We received a much bigger room that was expected. It was clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very, very good. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, we stayed only for one night.

The bed was a little to hard for us but ok, shower was small and hot water was not as hot as should be.

Location, breakfast included, possibility to have dinner also at the location, quiet place, clean, comfy beds.

A bit outdated furniture. It's an old building. The waiter who took our order and served us the meals in the evening, did not know any English.

Easy to find in a small nice Austrian village with very helpfull staff. Pretty hotel with a spacius room with a balcony. The hotel also runs a pretty nice restaurant with a good variety of things to order. It also offers good breakfast as well.
