Location, comfort

Room is a part of house directly in downtown of city, 5min walking from railway station.. Everything is close, no car needed in this area. Room was on 1st floor, no necessity to use the lift but for higher floors, the possibility to use it... Fully arranged appartement with all necessary you need for longer or shorter trips. We stayed there only one night, but we recommend it as well for longer stays , we felt there as at home..nice, cozy. Despite the building is located directly in main street of city, calm appartment with no negative echo from teh street. We had the view to the mountains close the the Lienz.

The breakfast is provided in cooperation with the coffee house in opposite building ( 50m by walk). Nothing extraordinary but sufficient, but if you stay here longer I recommend to walk to buy the necessary by our own and make the breakfast in appartement. We had the problem to pay by card in the shop under the appartements where the reception is located, so in that term if you can , pay the accomadation in advance via platform or it is good to have the cash to pay directly in place ( but maybe in meantime they fixed it..)

The location is the best, right in the square with parking at the rear of the property. The views of the Alps and the Dolomite mountains are towering above the town and there is a great view from the suite terrace. It sleeps 4 comfortably. The bed sofa is very good. There is a seperate toilet from the bathroom and the bathroom has a full bath with shower and there is a free standing seperate large shower. The living area is spacious and the furnishings are to a high standard. This is a great place to stay and visit the surrounding area including a golf course and two chair lifts up the mountains.

All was good to fantastic. The check in reception is in the shop below the property and all went smoothly.

Apartments in perfect location on square near restaurants, cafes, shops and banks. We had a large apartment with little lounge room/kitchen. Bathroom is quite separate from the bedroom with good shower. No aircon, but it had a ceiling fan. Staff were very helpful.

We stayed 2 days and the room wasn’t serviced. This might be what to expect with an apartment perhaps, or a short stay.

Great location, with flexible stuff; check-in at a late evening was possible without problem. The apartmant is big and clean, with great view from the terrace. parking was no problem on the square just in front of the building

The sofa bed is not enough for two adults, so I would recommend the apartment for max 3 adults

Everything. Very tastefully furnished. Super view.of mountains. Centrally located. All rooms are different theme. Super bathroom. Highly recommended especially 4th floor.rooms

Has microwave and utensils. But no space to wash dish or dust bin while using kitchen. But didn't matter as much.

The entrance is a little bit hidden The door of the bathroom is glass-made and if you are a couple or a family no problem but if you are colleagues or friend the person outside the bathroom can see almost all

Very good location for the centre of Leinz. our room was lovely, and very well appointed. the apartments owners have an arrangement with a local café for breakfast which worked really well for us. overall a really nice stay, thank you

Very convenient location walkable to everything we needed. Nice balcony with drying rack for laundry and little kitchen.

Free breakfast not included, but discount to nearby cafe. Would have liked more space to use in the refrigerator.

The location is just perfect in the city center. Lots of restaurants and shops around. But also easy to get up to the ski area and other activities. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. Lots of windows and light. We were very happy with our stay here. It’s not like staying at a hotel. These are private rooms above an existing business.

We had stayed here before five years ago so we knew what to expect and it was perfect for us.
