We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Rupertihaus. The staff were friendly and helpful on check in. The rooms have older decor, but bed, mattress, sheets were new and clean and the bathroom was clean with a nice shower. Had a very nice and restful sleep. We got a park right in front of the hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the centre of the village. The breakfast was nice. We ate in the restaurant, which was simple and we enjoyed our meal. The view from the restaurant to the church is fantastic.

We stayed there at a quiet time and all was good for the price. The restaurant food was modest but satisfying and dependable fare for us.

The location of the hotel is right near the Grossglockner road as we were looking for. Free parking right in front of hotel. You need to take few steps to get into lobby. Hotel building/decor is old style but had its own charm. Rooms were well maintained and clean. We liked the beds. Firmness exactly to our liking. Shower was excellent as well. We had dinner at restaurant. Limited vegetarian choices for some of family members. But meat choices we had were delicious. Owner/manager understood english very little, however, left no reason to complain about his hospitality. He made every attempt to understand us, engage with us, to keep us happy during our stay. Google translate worked well in this process. Our family really appreciated owners effort and hospitality.

the hotel location near south end of Grossglockner and their parking was great!

Reception staff seemed angry and too busy performing kitchen duties. Reception check out efficiency was not up to Booking standards. English not spoken as they listed Room was clean, but entry way near restaurant was in need of cleaning and junk removal.

A cozy atmospheric hotel. It is worth taking a room with a balcony, the views are fantastic. Comfortable bed. Basic breakfast, enough to start the day. Shops and restaurants right next door.

We stayed one night as a family (summer period), and our brief stay was memorable. Our room had a balcony with a postcard view. The room itself was modern (the exterior is traditional), spacious, and super clean. We slept well on the very comfy beds. We appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff. I made a booking error, which they resolved without fuss. There is a small supermarket across the street which was very convenient for (re-)stocking for our road trip holiday.

Breakfast was limited . It could have been topped up more often during service. Having said that what we had was good.

Hotel is just before Glossglockner, with beatiful view at the mountains. Room very clean, breakfast was tasty.

Additional bed, which was pull-out couch was very hard and uncomfortable.

Everything! The staff was SUPER friendly! We had our room upgraded for free, so we had an amazing view from the room. The hotel is located in the heart of the village, and is cozy, well decorated, super clean. Plus, the food served at their restaurant is delicious!! We had a great time there.

Great location, right in the city center. The hotel has nice rooms. Great breakfast.
