The staff was very friendly. The hotel is well located, near the Grossglockner alpine road, it's very clean, confortable and cozy. Although it is located near the road, it is very quiet. The breakfast was excellent and varied.

The rooms were not so quiet, can hear other’s voices and stomping. The rooms were not so spacious, different sizes, but ok for budget rooms. We don’t know if we could use the jacuzzi, because nobody told us. The food at restaurant was very good, but not so varied.

The Whole Package . We planned to visit the Grossglocknerstrasse en-route from our previous destination but we suffered a big puncture at the Franz Josefs Hohe and arrived a bit too late . But despite this and the fact that they were also expecting a full coach of people also for a one night they welcomed us with the utmost help and courtesy and I can`t speak highly enough about them especially the young girl at reception who had only just started at the Hotel Post in Fusch .

Breakfast variety was really the best I’ve seen on my trip through Europe though probably wasted on me as I was still full from the excellent dinner the previous night. Stefan the restaurant manager was an enthusiastic asset to the hotel, nothing was an issue & he is a credit to any establishment.

Booking.com indicate that half board is available for an extra cost when breakfast included option is selected but unfortunately the staff appeared to be unaware of this. Food was excellent but misleading info for travellers.

We were very pleased with the hotel. It was clean, well-organized, and beautifully designed. The view was stunning. The service was fantastic. One of the best hotels we've stayed at. The breakfast was truly excellent and rich in variety. The hotel’s restaurant is also very good — We had dinner there, and it was absolutely delicious.

The flow of the hot water was relatively weak.

Beautiful property, absolutely ideal location for us to tackle the Grossglockner the following day - just a 2 minute drive from the beginning of the toll road over the mountain, highly recommend. Great restaurant and bar on site, good parking. Would be ideal for bikers as well as motorists about the tackle the pass road from Austria towards Slovenia

The bath tub was an unexpected surprise that delighted us! The balcony too was appreciated! Loved to find the restaurant at ground floor: I was too tired and I wouldn't find the energy and will to look for another place outside the front door!

I would have appreciated that the host suggested me to park my bike on a specific side of the building, so it could stay under w terrace that would have repaired it from the rain. Not knowing (I asked but they didn't point me out that solution), I left my bike in the rain overnight. Not a big problem, but..

The rooms were exceptionally clean, especially the bathroom, which looked brand new. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from. I also loved the beautiful view from my window. Additionally, the hotel has a private parking lot, which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Breakfast had a good choice, both hot and cold foods were available. Unlimited coffee from the machines and it was decent coffee. Stefan the waiter was really helpful and very friendly. Food in the evening was really good. The location of the hotel, approximatly 6 miles from the Glockglostner, with safe parking for motorcyles was excellent. Rooms were very nice

I was happy with every aspect of the hotel

The hotel staff were all friendly esp. special mention Christian whose hospitality is impeccable. He was always attentive, offering us a drink at the slightest opportunity, when we were playing billiard, in the hotel jacuzzi etc. His attention to details and our comfort truly made this a wonderful stay, I dare say the service I've experienced here is comparable/better than the 5 star hotels I stayed regularly at for business trips. The restaurant was also wonderful, Crispy pork was delicious and staff was great too! Will surely stay again if I pass by here again.

Very nice and cosy hotel to stay before passing Grossglockner Aplian road. They also have a restaurant which was very convenient for us coming late and during the big rain. Our room was big, very clean, nice bathroom and we also have a balcony. Breakfast had good variaty. Staff was helpfull and polite. Free parking place. I would strongly recommend it.

Can not find anything to complain.
