We paid to upgrade our room to a studio and it was totally worth the additional cost - we had a lounge area with fabulous views over the mountains and really enjoyed relaxing, reading and watching that view each afternoon. The included breakfast was excellent with lots of variety and was kept fresh and hot. The bed and room facilities were comfortable and having a coffee machine and small kitchen in the room was handy. The spa facilities (heated outdoor pool, cool indoor pool, sauna and steam room were really well set out and comfortable to use. The staff were welcoming and helpful, especially Christina on reception. Location is good with only a few minutes walk into the town and restaurants.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff, the facilities were fabulous, spar treatments excellent. Lots of areas to sit and enjoy views and relax in comfy seating. My room was very comfortable and more spacious than I was expecting. The hotel has a warm and friendly ambiance and I would without hesitation stay again.

The gym was just about ok, no water or towels available in the gym, equipment is tired and could do with updating and would have been good to have at least 1 running machine. That said I was able to complete a comprehensive work out and got water from the bar and a towel from reception.

From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the charm and warmth of the space. I stayed in suit number 123, it was very nice for me and my family (4 people) … the beds were very comfy… there were two full bathrooms and a balcony… the room view was amazing the room layout is very very nice. I loved the coffee provided in the hotel.

There was no concierge to take the guest’s luggage to the room, and there was no room service menu.

The entire design of the hotel is unique experience itself. Whoever designed it, well done. This was my second visit and it has so many beautiful "corners" do discover. I enjoyed the spa, my husband skying. Service was very nice, especially a gentleman from Poland (I did not ask the name :-( ), who provides excellent service in the restaurant. And cleaning lady who took care of our room was so nice. Spa is spacious, and beautiful.

If anything, I wish gym would have treadmill :-).

Everything was great and you can feel in every corner of the hotel the mixed traditional style with modern elements, the passion an the creativity of young people from the food to the furniture. Especially the environmental sustainabilityI and creating products with local ressoirces is amazing. I have been in so many 5 star hotels around the globe, which have not had this quality in every aspect.

If there is even something to complain then its small details. Only thing what I realized was the mosaik in the outdoor pool and inside at the shower from the indoor pool needs a bit of restauration, otherwise nothing to complain.

The entire hotel is beautiful, every single detail, it includes spa area. I was just amazed the entire time. Staff was super helpful and nice. Super easy parking. Amazing place for relax, we will come back for sure.

There were only two things I'd improve - in the room which we had, the bathroom does not have any ventilation system neither windows, which caused unpleasant smell from "humidity". The second thing was that the most of the meals (mostly local type) in the restaurant were really really good, but some like like pitta bread (super dry) were not matching the level of what I'd expect from this restaurant. But again - staff was awesome!

The hotel staff was very friendly. The spa was great, and swimming outdoors in the winter was a plus. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh.

The hotel restaurant was good, but it was sometimes challenging to book it as I did not do it early enough. We always managed to get a space, but sometimes a bit late, around 8 pm.

The facilities are amazing - the restaurant "Luke's" was a particular highlight! Food was delicious and the waiting staff were brilliant. The pool was so warm. And they are super dog friendly which makes travelling with a dog so much easier!

It's a shame the rooms don't quite match the amazing style throughout the rest of the hotel, but this wasn't an issue as we didn't spend much time in the room! There was a light by the door of the room that was on a sensor and every time we moved in bed it came on.. we took the bulb out in the end.

The hotel feels very comfortable with its nice lounge and bar. The rooms are very clean and modern. Overall a very nice house, close to the center for dining, shopping and with great, healthy breakfast in house. Wellness area and outdoors is top tier.

Points to improve might be minor repairs in the wellness area. Missing pieces in the sauna ceiling and defect shower heads feel even more out of place when everything else is perfect. Looks also like easy fixes.
