The location was excellent. So was the breakfast, the staff, the yoga, the sauna and the gym. We also enjoyed excellent dinners and had great drinks at the restaurant/bar on several days during the week – everything was great! I also have to mention the tasteful interior and design, both in the rooms and in the common areas.

We stayed with family for two nights. The location is perfect! The Ski bus stop is close to the hotel, and the parking area is around 200 meters away, but it's okay. The room is quiet and comfortable, and the mattresses are excellent! The view is fantastic! The restaurant is delicious, the staff is amiable, and there is nothing to complain about.

Unfortunately, the bathroom is so tiny. But still affordable. There's nothing to complain about.

The spa area and the restaurant was incredible and pleasant.

The harrasment from the German-speaking staff towards a young girl who was obviously a new member of the customer staff in the restaurant. You could see the bullying she was receiving from the colleague just because of the fact that she was not a native speaker.

Nice, modern Hotel in the city center, next to walking area. Very good breakfast, very kind service.

The rooms can be different by area or panorama. Some of them face to a waterfall which could be noisy.

The staff during our stay where extremely professional and polite. the hotel had a wonderful modern feel to walk around, mostly the restaurant, bar and the reading room. the spa and rooftop garden where fabulous and the ability to book a yoga course included within the stay was really enjoyable.

the internet wasn’t that fast. at breakfast you had to always wait quite a while to get coffee. potentially getting a 2nd coffee machine would help. although I noticed there was filter coffee left to the side to potentially help, this would need to be made much clearer with a sign.

Venue was perfect for our trip. Easy access from train station to the bus. Gorgeous town and friendly people. The breakfast was the best we experienced in our multiple stays over the last 10 days. Lots of choices and delicious food. Bar staff went beyond for our late stay.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel looked very modern and colorful and was located ideally at the center of town. And the breakfast buffet was simply amazing! We also enjoyed the sauna a lot, it was very clean and there were sufficient comfy beds to rest afterwards.

The only thing we were not really happy with, was our room. It was in the older part of the building and one could tell, that they tried to renovate it very quickly. Paint peeled off, or was not done well. And it smelled a bit damp and like old cigarette smoke :( If staying here, I would recommend asking for a room in the newer part.

Just can’t get used to the austrian mixed sauna so skipped the beautiful hotel spa. Ventilation in the room wasn’t very good.
