The hotel is gorgeous, with comfortable clean rooms and a nice view of the mountains. Huge, well-equipped wellness department. The breakfast was plentiful, satisfying all needs, the dinner selection was excellent and very tasty. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of the main ski lift. The hotel also provides ski storage in a comfortable, heated storage room. The hotel staff is kind, attentive and very polite.

The hospitality and friendliness of everyone at the hotel was top notch. They created a welcoming and relaxing experience from day 1. We arrived after dinner so they created a delicious cold platter for us. Really helpful with the taxis, and arranging support when our friend injured himself skiing. They rearranged seating plans so the 8 of us could dine together at breakfast and in the eve and went above and beyond during our stay. Would stay with them again in a heartbeat. All our meals were good and filling. I particularly enjoyed the salad bar in the evening.

The rooms are really stuffy, so we had to crack a window during the eve and wear earplugs (brought our own)

It was clean and everything was at it's place. The food was good and the staff at the bar and restaurant was top notch!

The lady at the front desk (she was from Czech Republic or Slovakia... when not mistaking) at the check in didn't tell us abouy the Bad Gastein Card and we didn't know about the discounts till the last day! Nobody told us thqt we can ask this card at the front desk, for free! That's annoying! A big minus for you and that lady!

Very nice hotel in beautiful alpine city. Nice, clean and comfortable room with lot of space, big balcony and comfortable beds. Tasty breakfast with lot of variety, delicious dinners. We also enjoyed the wellness and pool inside. It was possible to store our bicycles in bike (skiing) room. Staff was very nice and helpful. A lot of bike roads, lifts and hiking possibilities around. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel during our holiday and we would like to come back.

Really great facilities in the whole hotel. Sauna area is really well maintained and clean, as is the pool. Would highly recommend the back massage & facial combo. The food was excellent every night without fail.

They could have more waiters as it sometimes took a while for us to receive drinks.

Very good food for dinner, nice breakfast, fantastic possibility for taking Yoga and similar organised activities, Gastain Card is useful. Big and spacious areas in the hotel. Ski room is great and at good position, walking distance to Schlossalmbahn station, ski bus station in front of hotel. Thank you for a lot of understanding that my wife was unable to join me despite we had reservation for two.

Steam bath could be a bit more efficient, water shower taps in spa should slowly be renewed, but those did not affect a lot great spa experience. And perhaps, some fitness devices to warm up before skiing.

We loved the whole service in general. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Enjoyed the spa and swimming pool area a lot. Location is perfect - close to ski-lift and also very central in Bad Hofgastein.

Would have preferred more spacious room. Also we missed a fireplace in lobby are in the evenings a lot (was used each evening though last year)

As I entered your hotel, I felt happy when I entered the lobby. The reception was wonderful. The hotel staff welcomed me with a smile and a nice face. The hotel is clean, the location is great, and the outdoor seating with the natural scenery made our hearts happy. We felt comfortable, calm, and relaxed.

Great location

Beautiful building inside and outside right in the centre of Bad Hofgastein yet located on a peaceful tree-lined street. Lovely entrance with helpful staff, beautiful dining room and rooms are generous with balcony and views of the mountains. Pool with jacuzzi are lovely and in good weather one can sunbathe outside in the discreet garden.
