Some of the restaurants in Bad Hoffgastein did not accept credit cards

Really great greeting at reception . Immediately off bicycle trail with great secure inside bike storage . Room was spacious , very clean and bright with large balcony . Bathroom very good with good shower . Elevator from garage and reception to all floors . Very close to Center with multiple good restaurants as well as a plethora of shoppes . Due to terrible weather conditions and us being on bicycles we ended up staying 2 extra nights and I can’t think of many places that we would rather have had to stay for 3 nights . Breakfast more than adequate and served in a really nice dining room .

Property is really a special place

We stayed here for one night and found the hosts to be incredibly welcoming. Upon our arrival, they provided us with helpful information and a map. The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of the city, surrounded by numerous restaurants. The room itself is wonderfully cozy, and the balcony offers a stunning view of the mountains. We would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again when we visit the city.

Amazing hotel, very friendly owner, good location. Can highlight good heating, elevator, saunas and even a pool barbox to play.

Breakfast options could be better, however couple of sandwiches are sufficient as you still going to have your beer with food on the mountain.

each restaurant has its own date schedule of opening hours. so if you are interested to go to some specific restaruant it is good to be aware of what specific days it is opened.

Very kind, friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Very clean and with good location. Parking available, storage for the skiing equipment. Quiet.

The only thing I missed was access to tea/coffee maker: hot drinks were only available during breakfast. So, don't forget to bring your own kettle ;)

The hospitality shown here is so lovely! The family that runs this establishment is friendly, accommodating, helpful and all around great. We loved the location, the breakfast, the bikes you can use freely and the overall atmosphere. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I don’t really have anything we didn’t like. It was all very, very nice.

clean, cosy, central location and fantastic breakfasts! loved the pool table in the basement as well! also great area for leaving snow and ski equipment to free up the hotel room!

I would have liked coffee facilities in the bedrooms but only because I’m an early riser and breakfast didn’t start until 8 am…

Buffet breakfast. Good variety, plenty of fruit & lovely Austrian bread.

A toaster would be nice and a choice of eggs, as no hot breakfast except boiled eggs. All self service.
