I stayed in a hotel with my family for four nights! Massive room with excellent facilities. Delicious breakfast. The mattress was soft and comfortable. Good bathroom. Perfect spa with sauna and swimming pool. Underground way to Alpineterms. Skistail with dryer. Very accommodating staff! Great location!

Everything was perfect! Nothing to complain about! Maybe if you find what can disturb you - a hotel just by the church and the ringing of bells will wake you up instead of an alarm clock.

The hotel breakfast was excellent, plenty of quality food, for all taste. The staff was extremely polite, always asking if everything was ok, trying to satisfy all your needs. Dinner was also outstanding food quality and presentation, with discrete fine-dinning touches. Congrats to the chef! The reception staff was also very friendly, giving us all the necessary information we needed for ours stay and they were extremely efficient on the last morning when we did the check-out. As an improvement, maybe the receptionist should state it more clearly how to get to the hotel ski room without using the main entrance in the hotel. We had to figure this out by ourselves following other tourists in the hotel, but it was fun for us to find this trick that we will use next time :)

Nothing special to mention.

Everything is perfect! We’ve been there 15 years ago and always wanted to go back because of how great this property was. Spa with outdoor hot pool is just amazing, dinners are fine dining experience rather than an ordinary hotel dinners. Stuff is very nice and attentive, rooms are perfect. Thank you Norica, we will return next year!

The hotel is family-friendly, as it offers convenient direct access from the hotel to the Therme spa, making it ideal for those who enjoy a lively atmosphere. The hotel's spa is excellent and usually not crowded. However, the hotel's location is great—right in the city center, with many restaurants nearby.

The downside is the very very poor breakfast.

The food is ok, the buffet is the same every morning and every night. The dishes that you receive at dinner are a bit too weird for my taste. The best thing is the SPA in the hotel (-2 floor) and the corridor to the thermal pools (you can go there in the robe). So your kids will love it

Outstanding hotel, the staff, hospitality, facilities, spa and multiple saunas were incredible, the room was beautiful and so clean. The location is excellent for skiing, free shuttle to the slopes. The staff individually couldn't do more to make your stay perfect. The food was out of this world, the chef is top notch. I wish I could live here!

Nothing it was absolutely perfect

Hotel is really top quality with great services and you feel pampered from the moment you come till you will leave. Celtic spa is amazing, food is excellent and stuff is very helpful and friendly, mainly Florian will make your day bright every day.
