The hotel is modern, beautiful, and spotless – ideally located close to the town center, great restaurants, and just a short walk to the Alpentherme. Our room was spacious, well-designed, and extremely comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully planned to make the stay enjoyable. The restaurant was another highlight – breakfast and meals felt homemade, fresh, and incredibly tasty. Service was excellent throughout, friendly and attentive. What really made the stay special was the warm hospitality. The owner personally runs the place, meets guests, and ensures everyone feels welcome – this personal touch elevated our experience. Surrounded by breathtaking nature, this hotel is truly a gem in the Alps. Highly recommended!

Really friendly family hotel. Great sized room. Lovely pool facilities. Food was plentiful and our 21 month old was well catered for. Location is idilic and bad hofgastein is fantastic. Very helpful with activities - helped us book horse carriage ride and rang around for husky sleigh ride. Much more helpful that the tourist info centre!

Could have had wider food choice.

We had an amazing stay. The room was great, we really enjoyed the pool and spa facilities and it was the Perfect starting point for some great hikes. But the best part was the great hospitality. We really appreciated the lady who took great care of the breakfast and Mathias who seemed to work a little bit everywhere and gave as us a perfect experience with checking in as well as in the restaurant.

Location in town center. Very good spa resources. Flexibility for choosing dinner options. Friendly staff ! Good ski room facilities. Ski bus station at 100 m. Modern furniture in the renovated rooms. Nice rooms with balcony.

Fantastic hotel, with great stuff, amazing SPA facilities, great food and breakfast, and really close to the slopes (with walking 10 mins or taking the bus for 1 minute - handy if you have ski boots on). I couldn't recommend it more!

Location in the heart of the village, hotel with centuries of history. Bars and shops and restaurants just around the corner. Our suite was fantastic, stylish and super comfortable. Wellness area and outdoor pool was perfect after a day on the slopes. Ski lift can be reached with a bus or 10 minutes walk. Friendly and helpful staff. Wish we could stay longer :) Easy to recommend.

It was simply amazing. Lovely staff, lovely place and lovely holiday. I would love to visit again. The spa was beyond description! You've got to go!

It would be nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room but you can order room service for a small charge.

Lovely hotel in wonderful setting. Staff were helpful and polite at all times. Swimming outside in the evenings with the mountains as your backdrop was an amazing experience. Food in restaurant of a high standard. Loved staying here.

Bed was a little hard for me but this was remedied by the staff straight away.
