Breakfast: Excellent choice of fresh, locally sourced produce - eggs, crepes, muesli, yogurt and delicious breads and coffee! Lunch was wholesome soups and salads. Afternoon tea was homemade cakes - delicious! Gourmet and a healthier option for the multiple courses of food offered in the evening by candlelight and served by wonderful waiters. The wine selection is a highlight. Drinks not included but really this was all superb value! Nothing to fault - I won't be able to spa in the UK again I am afraid. The Spa area is unbelievable - vast but cosy, full of saunas and steams and thermal pools and relaxation - this place is superb if you are looking for a relaxing break with gorgeous views! Loved this experience and highly, highly recommend for couples, families or anyone looking for a beautiful experience in the Austrian mountains! This family run hotel has literally a heart as their hotel symbol and this says it all - heart is at the very essence of the experience at this beautiful hotel. Thank you Hotel Bismarck. This family-run hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the door, I was welcomed with such genuine warmth. The attention to detail in every corner of the hotel reflects their passion and pride. The personalised service, delicious meals - like super tasty- and thoughtful little touches- made our stay unforgettable. The reception staff gave good advice regarding Skiing within walking distance of a few bus points. Also, as a family hotel, they allow children to be children; we loved the family pool area and relaxing afternoon cakes and teas. The hotel staff displayed all-around kindness and care, and we had a 5-day stay - this was seen as consistent and genuine... I could go on complimenting this hotel and its staff ... LOVED IT !!! I am hoping to return>>>

I almost don’t want to leave an honest review because I’m afraid the hotel will be fully booked next time! This was the best stay I’ve ever had—and I’ve traveled to 41 countries. It’s a family-run hotel, and you’ll meet all the family members, who are truly dedicated to customer service. The food is amazing, with a changing menu that excites every dinner. I was also surprised that half-board included a light lunch. The location is perfect—there’s a cross-country ski track right next to the hotel, an ice skating rink nearby, and the promenade and shops are all within walking distance. The ski bus stop is just 50 meters away. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The wellness area is fantastic, with seven saunas (don’t miss the underground ones!) and four thermal pools, separated for adults and kids. There’s also a ping pong table, a foosball table, and a kids' room. The best part? You feel welcomed every second of your stay. We absolutely loved it!

The ventilation of our room (105) was not efficient, as it felt a bit fuggy returning from the slopes.

This is our third visit and unfortunately this time we were accommodated in the main building. The room was spacious, but missing small details to make the guest feel more comfortable (carpet in the bedroom, coffee machine, picture on the wall, one more TV)

Everything. From the location(a few minutes walk to the center) to the spacious and beautiful room and the lovely helpful hotel staff, the relaxing spa are and pool with a view of the mountains. It was simply amazing.

Everything was excellent. The owners and staff were very friendly. The rooms were large, clean, with balconies, and equipped with all facilities. The atmosphere was warm, and the service was outstanding

Everything about our stay was superb. Every detail of this family owned property is excellent. The food is the beyond wonderful !!! It was such a treat to be here and we would love to be able to come next year.
