The room furnishings are quite old, but the rooms are comfortable. We had a lovely time there. We were most impressed by the breakfast, with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes: eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, salmon, jams, honey, cereals, several types of cheese, cake, coffee, tea, water, and juices. Everything was fresh and delicious. Dinner is also worth considering; the atmosphere was pleasant, and the dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. Thank you very much.

The parking lot is a bit too close to the river, which at one point became unsafe (due to heavy rain, the river was quite swollen). Finding a free spot was quite difficult, but the receptionist was very helpful and sorted it out.

I travel a lot, to the sea, tourist goals and, especially, skiing. I stayed in 5-star and 4-star hotels...I left both positive and negative reviews according to how I felt treated. I arrived at LukasMayr ​​by accident, there I found an offer for the last hundred meters for Zell, Saalbach, Kaprun. And I want to say that it was the best choice. It was the first time I felt at home. The friendliness of the staff, the management, the large and clean rooms, the parking, the quietness of the settlement of 4000 people, their respect. As for the food, breakfast and dinner...impeccable. Maybe nowhere have I eaten better and more organized (each room had a reserved table). Congratulations to the family of owners, who work side by side with the employees and who gave me the impression that the LukasMayr ​​team is a family in itself. The ski bus leaves right in front of the hotel. Room for heating slippers. A hotel that this family rented in ruins and is trying to bring it to perfection. The road is difficult, but I am convinced that they will succeed We will definitely be back. P.S. No, we are not friends and I was not paid for this review. That's how I felt the stay. Like HOME. The hotel is situated in a perfect location, just 15 minutes by car from Zell am See and Kaprun, and Salzburg and Hallstatt is also reachable within 2 hours. The staff was very kind, the food (specially dinners) was various and delicious! The room was clean, big enough and well equipped.

Not complaint but rather suggestion, maybe the breakfast could be a bit more various, it was tasty but the same every morning.

The hotel is located near a river which is very nice and relaxing. The dinner was great and the staff very welcoming. The sauna is very good and we were able to relax. We were in a renovated room which was very comfortable. One top selling point is the top location near the beginning of the widely popular Großglocknerstraße. We were able to reach it in minutes in the morning and thus to avoid the crowds.

The mattress was too hard and the pillow to shallow.

The room was very clean, the breakfast good and tasty. Nice view from the window, possibility to sit and relax in the small balcony. In close vicinity to the entrance to Grossglockner High Alpine Road. Possibility to order dinner in the evening from the hotel's restaurant.

The parking for the cars was completely full, when we arrived (in the evening, not in high season). We had to park our car in the public parking (free of charge) 10 minutes walk away from the hotel. The sofa-bed on which I slept was very uncomfortable. I even had back pain at night. The main bed was comfortable, though, as my family members said.

Very good location in a small city which was close to atreacrive area. The staff was very nice and flexible. They always smile. Breakfast and dinners were very tasty with variety if the food. There was in terms of breakfast one weaker day, but still good enough.

Rooms don’t have a fridge. So if the visit is during hot month, you have limit options what to bring - like fruit.

The room is spacious and fairly clean. The terrace is large and offers a beautiful view. On the plus side, there is parking available.

Breakfast (included in the price) was not very diverse, and the food at the restaurant was quite expensive with limited options. Ghere weren’t many activities for children. Overall, it was okay, but the price felt too high for the value provided.

Super nice and cozy place. The basic room is small but very tidy, clean. Simple, tasty and good quality breakfast. I was very satisfied with everything, including the staff. The location and the small town Bruck is amazing. The hotel also has a restaurant with local dishes and local craft beer. Had a very nice dinner there.

You need to be on time for breakfast to have everything. (Or you need to ask for missing food items, haven't tried it 😅)

I arrived for the Glocknerkönig bike race and the staff was ready to assist with whatever need I had. The room was very spacious, it even had a balcony with a breathtaking view to the village and the mountains. The restaurant serves delicious food, breakfast is also very good. The bed is big and comfortable.
