I travel a lot, to the sea, tourist goals and, especially, skiing. I stayed in 5-star and 4-star hotels...I left both positive and negative reviews according to how I felt treated. I arrived at LukasMayr ​​by accident, there I found an offer for the last hundred meters for Zell, Saalbach, Kaprun. And I want to say that it was the best choice. It was the first time I felt at home. The friendliness of the staff, the management, the large and clean rooms, the parking, the quietness of the settlement of 4000 people, their respect. As for the food, breakfast and dinner...impeccable. Maybe nowhere have I eaten better and more organized (each room had a reserved table). Congratulations to the family of owners, who work side by side with the employees and who gave me the impression that the LukasMayr ​​team is a family in itself. The ski bus leaves right in front of the hotel. Room for heating slippers. A hotel that this family rented in ruins and is trying to bring it to perfection. The road is difficult, but I am convinced that they will succeed We will definitely be back. P.S. No, we are not friends and I was not paid for this review. That's how I felt the stay. Like HOME. The room was very clean, the breakfast good and tasty. Nice view from the window, possibility to sit and relax in the small balcony. In close vicinity to the entrance to Grossglockner High Alpine Road. Possibility to order dinner in the evening from the hotel's restaurant.

The parking for the cars was completely full, when we arrived (in the evening, not in high season). We had to park our car in the public parking (free of charge) 10 minutes walk away from the hotel. The sofa-bed on which I slept was very uncomfortable. I even had back pain at night. The main bed was comfortable, though, as my family members said.

Super nice and cozy place. The basic room is small but very tidy, clean. Simple, tasty and good quality breakfast. I was very satisfied with everything, including the staff. The location and the small town Bruck is amazing. The hotel also has a restaurant with local dishes and local craft beer. Had a very nice dinner there.

You need to be on time for breakfast to have everything. (Or you need to ask for missing food items, haven't tried it 😅)

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. On site parking a bonus. Staff very friendly. Ideal location in the town. the terrific weather made the beer garden a bonus. Found a unique bar with beer garden.The food looked and smelled great.we ate in our hotel which was also very good. Buffet style with plenty of choice. I liked how you are allocated a table for the duration of your stay.

Perfect location, fantastic xmas eve dinner buffet, welcomimg and accomodatimg host. The chembermaids were exceptional, everyone was polite. Ample parking behind the hotel, good location. We would come back again.

Mattrasses could do with an upgrade, they were old and worn, no kettle in the room, no shoehorn in the room, bathrooom light was poor

It was great for us to explore high alpine road and nearby Kaprun. Great location, free parking. Food (breakfast and dinner) was nice too. The only thing they served warm beer which I was not used to, maybe local tradition. And charge for a table water assuming the dinner was included but table water was not. Anyway, we enjoyed the stay and location.

This is a traditional, pretty Austrian hotel, where you get a very warm welcome. There is a lovely bar / lounge area to relax in, after a hard day’s skiing. The hotel is next to the river, with some rooms looking out on it, with balconies.

Staff were excellent and really helpful. We had the buffet dinner that’s included in half board option, it was lovely, loads of different options and great meat and cheese board and salads. Breakfast had loads of options as well and was really tasty! The common room downstairs was nice to sit in on a rainy day where our son could look at buses passing outside and running up and down the room was no issue.

The room furniture, bathroom and colours are a bit outdated but everything is working and in good condition!

It was all really excellent. We had dined with buffet and carta systems, both were enough amount and exquisite meals. The breakfast is buffet and you can choose many options for it. The SPA center is ones of best in this hotel, infra, steam sauna and Finland sauna would be amazing evening after all day skiing and before to get dinner. Insuperable.

The quality of the mattress is not matching with the quality of services and amenities in the hotel; they need to think about it to improve the accommodation but, it was good (7/10).
