We had an amazing experience in the hotel with an amazing location close to the ski elevators and amazing spa experience! We adored the Das Vogl restaurant to the fullest. We recommend this hotel to everyone. The room was always clean, we liked the free tea and yogurt in the spa.

- No option to have low key food in the hotel. No small breakfast (only 30 euros pp) , no small menu for dinner nor roomservice. (Except for pizza which I personally don’t like) - I paid €477 for 6,5 days of skiing. The entire group paid €437 for 7 days of skiing. This does’t feel correct and was only noticed on the way back home.

Hotel was amazing. Rooms big and very clean , balcony had a beautiful view to the mountains . Location is very good, short walk to the gondola station and après ski bars. Might seem a bit harder if you have your skis on but you can rent a locker and leave them at the gondola station . Then it is a very easy 6-7 minutes walk to the hotel . Hotel is close to some good restaurants which makes it easy to grab dinner in the evening.

I was disappointed with the breakfast. It is very expensive and a combination of a la carte with buffet. I was surprised to see there were no fresh vegetables available at the buffet choices. I ordered the scrambled eggs but they also came with no vegetables.

Lovely hotel, great spa, comfy beds, great showers/bathrooms. Balcony with enough room to sit and enjoy the fantastic mountain views. Staff were helpful and friendly, (especially John, Petros in the bar and Juan, Anna and Tony in the restaurant) The free parking was a bonus. Lovely bar and breakfast was excellent. We tried the tasting menu in the restaurant which was one of the best we've had. Tony was exceptional, explained the food and wine perfectly. Although located in the quieter part of Zell, the hotel is located very close to the Ariet Xpress ski lift, with a few restaurants and bars around. The hotel has everything you need for a relaxing and/or active holiday!

My only complaints are the products in the bathroom didn't match the standard of the hotel and there was no iron in the room although there was a chargeable ironing service provided by housekeeping.

The spa experience was absolutely wonderful 💆‍♀️! The rest room offered perfect tranquility, and their thoughtful tea service added such a lovely touch to the relaxation experience. Having this peaceful retreat after active days was exactly what we needed. Our room, while modestly designed, was a testament to the hotel's commitment to cleanliness ✨. The housekeeping team deserves special praise - they maintained our space impeccably every single day, making it feel fresh and welcoming whenever we returned 🛏️. I also appreciate the kitchen's flexibility with portions - they consistently delivered my rather hefty breakfast order of five fried eggs exactly as requested 🍳

The main challenge was the breakfast system. While the food quality was good, having everything on request rather than a buffet-style service notably slowed down our mornings ⏰. This was particularly noticeable when we were trying to get an early start for skiing ⛷️. The service, though friendly, moved at a rather leisurely pace, which could be frustrating when you're watching the clock. Something as simple as getting a cheese plate required placing an order and waiting, rather than just grabbing it from a buffet table 🧀. If you're planning to stay here, I'd recommend factoring in extra time for breakfast - especially if you have morning activities planned."​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Hotel is nicely decorated. Rooms are great with nice view on the mountain. It is very nice hotel, 600m ,easy walk from Areitbahn which brings you to the top of the Ski area. Skibus is 100-150m away. Hotel has nice ski storage. Several restaurants around. Swimming pool, relax rooms and saunas are nice and free to use. The breakfast is expensive, but gourmet with served dishes. I'm not sure it is worth money for e.g. seven days stay (because after few days I just want something simple for breakfast), but for 2-3 days I would take the breakfast again for sure.

Coffee/Tee kettle wound be nice to have in the room (instead of old fashioned inacurate scale).

New Years Eve gala dinner event was superb. Spa facility and pools were excellent. Staff are conscientious.

The listing is inaccurate as the property does NOT arrange transfers or have transport of its own, it simply directs you to local taxis - better to use OBB and their integrated services. I did not expect children in an adult only hotel. The bathroom and balcony of our room was great, but the room smelled of cigarette smoke and needed repairs - broken drawer, TV remote, extractor fan. The TV was outdated for a 4 star facility (not smart).

The best hotel I’ve chosen to celebrate my birthday! Great location close to interesting places, amazing food, the view from the room is absolutely top, I can’t wait to come back. Our backs are quite picky about the mattresses, but the one we got in our room was super comfy, we slept like babies. The most lovely thing is how friendly and accommodating the hotel staff was! Just 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I guess the fact that every vacation comes to an end, and we needed to leave sooner than we wanted 😆

From the moment we walked in, the fresh, clean scent of the lobby set the tone. Our modern room was impeccably spotless, with floor‑to‑ceiling windows framing breathtaking mountain views and a generously sized balcony to soak it all in. The mattress was exceptionally comfortable, guaranteeing a perfect night’s sleep. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat to unwind and recharge, this is the place—and I can’t wait to go back!

Maybe the gym was a bit small considering the amount of hotel's residents.

The room was brilliant, so spacious and very clean.The bed itself was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have stayed in. All the staff that we met were incredibly friendly and the food at breakfast was excellent. The bar and spa facilities were also great and we used these throughout our stay. It was a lovely relaxing few days.

The pillows were very soft and offered no support so both myself and my husband woke up most mornings with a sore neck. We could have also done with a tea / coffee machine in our room for the morning before going down for breakfast, or to make a tea when back off the slopes. For a high end hotel I think this should be a standard in every room!

The price/quality ratio is excellent. Location of the hotel is great, staff very nice, rooms super clean. We did not have breakfast. Parking on covered and open parking. In the saunas it is great that there is tea and flavored water available - sometimes honey or sugar for tea was missing. We were invited to a Christmas party, some free food and drink.

The sauna is ok, but it could use some more attention - especially the showers.
