First of all, thank you Nicole for such a warm welcome and hospitality, and thank you Manfred for the great support on searching, contacting and then chosing the most approriate activity slot for the kids :))) and another big thank you to Nicky for arranging and taking care of the pick up till the last second !!! You all just took care of us and made our week :) This place was the best residence to stay during our skiing holidays...everything was JUST PERFECT :))) we felt like being at home...we certainly look forward to come over again...one more and very important note : the terrace with a view to the mountains and to the sky fully covered with stars was a big bonus as being so suitable for deep meditation and relaxing

I only missed a teflon pan to make Eierkuchen :)))

Highlight of our stay was the restaurant Slow Down which has fantastic menu with delicious foods, amazing staff with genuine care and attention for their guests. Apartment is clean, very well equipped with a nice disposition of 2 bedrooms and bathroom in-between the bedrooms. Shops, ski lifts and restaurants nearby. Lake is about 20 minutes by foot, it makes a nice walk. You can check in until 7pm but keys available very easily in a locker with a code if you arrive later.

Amazing apartment with amazing host. Everything was perfect, Nicole is one of the best host ever. she helps with everything you need to get around the area. Definitely going to come back to this place. I recommend it to anyone who would like to spend a nice holiday here.

Everything! The apartment was very functional and nice. Two bathrooms and a large balcony, high level materials, we really enjoyed our stay. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Ski room was handy, and saunas nice. Walk distance to Schmitten ski area ski lift (AreitExpress).

Everything, little extras on arrival. The space the showers were epic and that's always a big one for me. The beds were comfy kitchen well equipped. Didn't really use the TV. Balcony was lovely. Yes everything was just great.

We never got round to trying out the restaurant

After a long time I can say that reality exceeded expectations. It started with the arrival, Nicole is very pleasant and professional, everything was perfectly explained and if I needed anything, she would certainly help us. The accommodation itself was at a very good level, ideal for a family of 4-6 people. The equipment was absolutely adequate, of a very good standard. The beds are very comfortable. Locality is very good, everything is close at hand and, moreover, in a place with absolute peace, the nearby train line does not disturb at all. We will definitely be back.

The warm welcoming by Nichole, the cleanliness and view of the place. They assures that all the required appliances and cooking wear are available for they guest. She was very informative about the tourist areas and what we can do the the right timing

Everything was just perfect! Nicole is was an amazing host, she helped us with everything. The place is at perfect location and very close to the ski lifts, bus stops and grocery stores. Just 25-30 minutes walking distance to the city centre of Zell am See. Do not hesitate and book it, you will not regret. Can't wait to come back next year!

That we couldn't stay longer ...

Clean, quiet and nice view from the balcony (room Top17). Rent2Ski office for cheap ski rental right next to the property and close to to Apres Ski. There sauna and heated ski room in the basement makes everything easy.

The location was fine for the skiing. The ground floor restaurant and bar was lovely. The staff very pleasant and helpful. Struggled to get a taxi for Zell am See.

Hadn't appreciated we were not in Zell am See but in neighbouring town of Schuttdorf. Its quite a walk, athough I enjoy walking, but too far in late evening to walk back from restaurants. Too far for some. Not happy about paying a 500 euro deposit for fire service call out charge especially in light of the kitchen being provided with a toaster and hair trigger smoke detector. My neighbours were stung for this with no option to alert anyone of the false alarm, which was spotted instantly. Great the fire alarm works but a shame the fire service had to leave there station at all. Waste of time and money.
