We had a half-board stay, and the breakfast and dinner buffet were superb (if you're a meat eater!). We stayed in a suite, which was very spacious and very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating, they provided a kettle and a fan for the room at our request. The spa is lovely, but please be advised that the sauna/steam room area is a nude area. Children are asked to leave the pool by 6 pm to allow for an adults-only time which is very considerate.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and water. The towel basket, bathrobes and slippers were a nice touch. The bathroom was a comfortable size and the toiletries were good quality. The swimming pool and sauna were excellently maintained and well designed. The breakfast was tasty offering a large variety of foods.

The room we had was very warm as it was facing the sunny side. We would have preferred an actual balcony but we just had a door without any room where to sit. The room was also facing a street and it was loud at times.

The location was great, very close to the skiing lift. The food very tasty, the staff very helpful and with a smile on the face everytime when we meet with them and there to answer and help with everything needed. The hotel have a garage with security that was a big plus, also a special room for the echiquipement. In the hotel exist a spa area with pool, relax room and a sauna for naked people.

For us was a minus that the sauna is for naked people, we are not used to go to the sauna naked and we would like to have a sauna for people that do not want to stay naked with other people.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Great swimming pool. Well appointed bathroom with nice shower. Slippers and bathrobe provided for use in the spa area and towels replenished after use at the swimming pool.

Too little sunlight due to high hedge in front of and walls either side of the window. Bed uncomfortable. But, having booked the least expensive, single room I was not expecting luxury.

Food was very good and presented by chefs who obviously care about what they do. Reception is busy but tries the best they can.

If you pay in advance for a dinner here, you still have to pay for any drinks you have with dinner. For breakfast, this is not an issue- they have free water, fruit juice and coffee. However, for dinner, they remove the fruit juice and water machine and will not even provide tap water. To put this into perspective, for one adult and three children, expect to pay around 25 euros per night for non alcholic beverages. The only genuinely friendly and sociable waiter tried to help us get round this but was restricted by procedures.

The hotel is very clean, they serve a good breakfast, they offer spa and pool included in room price, free parking accross the street(underground). staff aas very helpful, profiding information regarding bike rental, hiking, cable cars, summer card

I cannot say there is something we did not like, maybe the hotel location, not having a view over the lake, but for us it was still very good, since we had a view over the Groasglockner

Reservations at breakfast. All the tables were reserved, even though no one was sitting. The staff said that these were reservations for hotel guests and that all the tables were reserved. I was also a hotel guest, but they took me to another room. This is a flawed policy. Bad mattress.

Clean, comfortable room, spa was lovely but option should be given as to whether or not swimwear/towels are worn in sauna. Food was good, drinking water in room was appreciated, close to lifts and public transport to Kaprun.

Not keen on buffet dinner, would rather food was chosen from a menu at breakfast time and served at dinner time. Some staff at reception were not particularly friendly - a smile goes a long way!

Perfect place to stay when in Zell am See: nice and clean rooms, great spa facilities, bike and ski carage, gym, helpful stuff, great food and much more! The location is ideal if wanted to travel between Kaprun and Zell am See or wanted to go somewhere else in Austria like in Salzburg or Bad Gastein. Bus stops close to the hotel and hotel offered "Sommer Karte" (summer card) offered free of charge bus transportation and use of cable cars. Really appreciated benefit indeed if using local busses and cable cars to go up in mountains. Been in Hotel Latini already twice and coming back again for sure! Friendly hotel, great wellness, very modern compared to the rest of the hotel with large sauna’s and sufficient beds in resting area. 10 minute walk to Areitbahn skilift. Skiroom with heated storage for skiboots. Free parking garage with charging facilities for electric cars. We had a great stay.

The dining room has a spartan look and feel. Food is good!
