The room was clean with a great view of the park and mountains. The food was good and I loved that they had lots of fruits and vegetables. Relatively close to the ski slope.

The price initially found was one with a discount of 160 Eur. However, when I contacted Booking they did not want to solve the technical problem. I was very upset. The parking lot was very crowded and we had to find space on the street... A few late nights and very early mornings there was a loud noise on the 3rd floor that woke us up. The gentleman at the reception didn't know the reason... finally the noise disappeared...

Good location when you want to go skiing.

We would like to express our high dissatisfaction with the hotel that you present and sell. Problems with the hotel: • Other types of rooms than presented on booking.com • Non-functioning sauna and missing hot tub • The impossibility of parking around the hotel or in the entire village 1. In the hotel offer, different photos of the rooms were presented than what we received. • The room was an attic room with very low ceilings above the beds. • In the part where you walked from the hall to the main room, there was a low transom in the ceiling, approx. 180 cm, which made unsafe movement between hall and room. See photos. • The hotel was not interested in solving this situation, they directed us to go to the place where we registered the room and paid for the stay (booking.com). 2. In the presentation photos of the hotel, a sauna and a hot tub were presented, there was no hot tub and the sauna did not work for. • On Tuesdays and Saturdays, the hotel officially shuts down the sauna, when we wanted to go to the sauna on other days, they turned it on, but the sauna did not work. • There was no interest from the hotel to solve this. 3. The hotel on the booking web presented the possibility of parking around the hotel • The hotel offered parking in front of the supermarket - SPAR, where we received a notification behind the wiper, that our car will be towed. We were not supposed to park there. • The next day we received information from hotel manager about the possibility to park in front of the public school. Reality was, that all from possible 10 parking spaces were taken. It was not an option. • All public parking lots around were possible to use for maximum of 2 hours. • For a car with a ski box on the top, with a height of 220 cm, it was not even possible to go to the paid garage, which we found ourselves in another hotel. • This was unpleasant situation when you have nowhere to park The hotel staff tried to look nice, but they did not solve our requests.
