- Friendly staff: the staff was really friendly and helpful, he made sure I got an early check in because I arrived early to the city and he also kept my luggage until I finished my activity. - The location: the location is just 3 minutes walk from Train/Tram station "Zellermoss which you can use to go to Zell am see center or Krimml. Also 5 minutes walk from the bus that takes you directly to Kaprun - The room was very clean - Breakfast was very good with a lot of varieties - Good value for money I'd book there again for my next trip to Zell am See

Everything was great

The staff was friendly, free car parking space on the premises, not far from the city centre by car. The breakfast had a various character so i enjoyed it very much. It is a perfect spot to stay if you're on your way to somewhere else. There is a seating area in front of the pension where you can enjoy the weather before you go to sleep.

I am a big boy that's why the room i stayed in was a little bit to small for me. but i managed and the other rooms are spacious.

Friendly staff. Of course this is not in the centrum of Zell am See, but I’m cool with flexible train/bus rides. The view is great even when you’re simply closing the front door. The nights were perfectly quiet. Just forget about the time and just enjoy your stay!

ACs are centrally controlled. I did enjoy the nights with room temperatures just right, though. Moths and mosquitoes……etc. flying into the room when the lights are on while it’s either too hot to shut the windows in August or too early to turn off the lights. Can’t blame the hotel. It’s just the natural environment.

Our room was clean and well presented, with a nice mixture of traditional and modern decor. We arrived later than expected but Adam had left out a key for us to access our room when we arrived. Traditional Austrian breakfast was included, with friendly service. Thank you!

Great location to choose where to ski: in Kaprun, Zell or Saalbach. Very supportive and helpful staff. Largest breakfast selection I have ever experienced for accomodation of similar size. Cozy and practically equipped rooms.

Additional AC sockets would help.

The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout, one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The room was large and comfy, the location was superb, just two minutes from the ski lift, and the breakfast was wonderful.

Friendly and helpful staff, the area is nice and quiet, although a little removed from the Zell am See center. The bed was confortable and the room was clean, the bathroom is a little small. Breakfast was nice and had many options. Overall great value for money.

We liked everything during the stay. It is very nice clean and comfortable pension. Breakfast was good too.

The communication with the owner though email or booking didn't work. I hope they will improve it.

Jan, the owner was very accommodating, friendly and always available. He even gave me a lift to the train station on my departure. Breakfast was perfect and the dinners were really delicious and really great value for money, highly recommend adding on dinner if you book here. The location was perfect, close to the bus route and train station to get to all the main slopes and lifts in the area. I will go back in future for sure. I went snowboarding on my own and had a great experience at Jan's Pension Milan. really 10 out of 10 for what I paid... thank you.

Spacious, clean and warm place with a friendly owner. Very good and plentiful breakfast. We had a great time.
