The location was very convenient, especially for those planning to visit the Kitzsteinhorn glacier. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, making us feel like valued guests throughout our time there. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable (the mattress was on the softer side). I have to mention the spacious sauna, which was amazing after a whole day on the slopes. There was a ski room in the house, and my ski boots were dry and warm in the morning, which was a great convenience. Breakfast was standard, but the dinner was exceptional. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. I will definitely come back if possible and will gladly recommend this place to my friends.

Nothing big, just few small things - i could not share screen from phone to (s*msung) TV. I would prefer more variety of cheese for breakfast, and more electric sockets near the nightstand... so nothing that would really affect my stay.

The owners and everyone who worked at the Hotel Landhaus were super friendly and hospitable. We arrived early and were immediately welcomed with a cup of coffee. The room wasn’t ready yet but they gave us a room to get dressed and made sure our bags were in our room after we arrived from the apres ski. Besides that was the food good, a nice Austrian breakfast. And a warm welcome every morning when you walked in. Would definitely recommend the hotel and go back.

Everything! The room and balcony were both spacious and bright, the hotel was charming and, most of all, the owners were fabulous! We immediately felt right at home with their hospitality and our only wish was that we could stay longer. The comfortable bed, hot showers, tasty breakfast, cozy bar, and ample parking also added to what made this the perfect base for our Zell am See adventures. You will be very satisfied if you stay here!

The place was very nice and cozy. The owners were very friendly too - Hassan, Mario, and Suzana were very nice and friendly. The place is like 30 mins walk from the city center, but you do not feel the distance, because the walk is very nice and you are surrounded by nature. You walk like 18 mins from the hotel then you have the lake which has amazing views. The owners tried their best to make our stay good, which is so cute. I recommend this place.

Overall is good, maybe the location could be a little bit far from center, but it is not big deal, because even close to it there are some restaurants and a supermarket (There is an Arabic Halal super market too).

I must say it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a wonderful host who made me feel right at home. Me and my wife enjoyed a lot the stay at the Hotel Landhaus Zell am See, the staff is very kind and attended our requests and have a very good english level. The place offers great value for the price including the region's summer card and breakfast and for an extra there is a nice dinner menu at night which we recommend. The rooms are tidy and comfortable and offered all that was necessary for our stay. Free parking in the hotel.

Our stay was delightful, with hosts who were both welcoming and helpful. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. The convenience of parking right outside the hotel meant we could store our skis in the car without any concerns. The room boasted a view of the Kitzsteinhorn, and the balcony was bathed in sunlight in the evening.

The room was very clean and spacious enough. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, it was a pleasant stay. The apartment's location is very good, as it is not far away from the lake, but not on the main street with loud noises, where the place was located in a quiet quartal. Also, there is a small bar in the house, where you can buy a cold beer and drinks.

Property is located in a very quiet area outside Zell am See village (about 2km), but perfectly connected and close to everything you need. Main ski lift is 10’ walking distance from property or 5’ by bus (which you take just outside the property). Supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurant are at walking distance. Host is super nice and attentive and helps you in every way he possibly can. Definitely recommend. Good breakfast too.
