The staff ay the hotel were friendly and very kind; the breakfast was my best breakfast in the whole world; the wellness in the 3 stars hotel, on the 4th floor was awesome and unique with the best view to the hill; the lift for skiing was no more that 250 mts. All was amazing in this hotel. About the parking, if you are smart, you will find free parking place and if you are not lazy, you have the free parking lot next to the cable lift Areitbahn 1 and on the way, so close there are a lot free parking place. If you are such a lazy..... you should pay for the parking place at the parking lot 50 mts away.... it is your choice.

First the hotel confirmed complimentary transfer to hotel but left us stranded at the train station. At our arrival we were directed to check in at Hotel Latini. We were received at reception by clerks Renau and Carmen who couldn't find our reservation made through Booking. We asked what to do and the exact words were "You can go sleep in the streets" and nobody was laughing, specially not us. Also when we asked about the failed pick up, they shrugged off like not important. The other days days were fine and we met other people at reception who were nice and caring but our first impression was not good and we started our holiday with a sour note.

I was really pleasantly surprised staying at this hotel, breakfast was various and just excellent, extremely gentle, kind and very positive hotel stuff with manners, trying to make you feel comfortable and feeling like at home, special thanx and best regards to them all because they made my vacation perfect, nice quiet and well decorated sauna part, cosy lively evening bar, all amenities for sauna provided (slippers, bathrobe), sef and tv in every room, excellent wi-fi, room for ski equipment and heaters for ski boots, 5 min walking to cable car which takes you up to all of connections to Saalbach ski resort and others.

small dark (lined with wood) one-bed rooms without proper light, so I would reccommend painting it brighter to give light to the room or place a ceiling light inside.

Was a proper hotel with all facilities. Cleaning and arranging the room every day. Buffet breakfast and dinner if you choose for it. Good food options for both. Ski rental place included, kids ski school represented next to reception very convenient to arrange it. Located next to gondolas taking you up till 1900m out of max 2000m. Also the ski school taking place in same area even closer to hotel. I consider this a bit better than locations in Zell am See center.

Tradeoff that you needed to take the bus till Zell am See center for under 10 minutes. A bit annoying that the last Bus back was around 19:20. Taxi alternative front of train station, 10 EUR one way.

The location of the hotel is perfect. You can get by foot to ski lift, supermarket and even to the sea and Zell am see. There is great apres ski 🛖 just opposite. The food is perfect. Dinners have always at least 4 main dish buffet options (fish, poultry, meat, vegan) and great choices of salads, pasta, soup etc. Sauna relaxation area is large and has beautiful views. All staff is polite and friendly trying to help. Thank you!

There are guests who do not respect sauna rules. The rules have to be clearly stated at the entrance doors and maybe explained at check in. There is smell coming from drainage at the evening. It's only in certain rooms, just check when you arrive. To my opinion the blankets are to thin for winter. I would prefer fresh air to heating. The noise from apres ski is continuing throughout whole evening till very late and is loud for those who came not for partying.

Good location. Nice, big and clean room. Good breakfast. Hotel includes Zell am See Summer Card.

We had first really bad impression with rude clerks at reception; Renau and Carmen. They couldn't find our reservation and told us we could go sleep at the street. They were not joking, and nobody was laughing. Also they had confirmed our transfer from the station to hotel but they left us stranded without any explanation, they just shrugged it off. Hotel was warm, very clean, sauna was great, breakfast and dinner offered a decent variety of food, staff at the restaurant were very friendly and welcoming. Supermarket just next door was very convenient. Big advantage was the ski rent facility inside the hotel itself, with very competitive prices and a very friendly, patient and kind mister from Australia managing the facility who is one of the reasons we might consider coming back next year again 🙂

Room facing the street was noisy at night due to traffic and parties at the near après ski bar. Location is a bit outside the village, not a walking distance, i.e. not a lot to do after ski. Ski lift at around 500m a bit far for walking with ski shoes on 🙂

The breakfast was good, nice options (they do not change often). The rooms were clean. We use junior room and we found it spacious with plenty of cupboards to use.

The clock of the nearby tower can be heard after 7 or 8 AM in the morning but not during night. This was expected based on the othere reviews. I don't think the property cab do anything about it thought. The coffee from the breakfast had good aroma but we would prefer stronger one. We enjoyed it anyway.

I definitely recommend this hotel. We enjoyed every minute there. Location - The hotel is at the entrance of the Stütthof from Zell am Zee. The bus stop for 660 bus is within 100 meters from the hotel. This bus connects to all the major attractions of Zell am see and Kaprun. Zell am See is around 2 Km from this place. Supermarket SPAR is very close. Rooms - Rooms was decent big enough , clean and well maintained. The balcony has Mountain View. Breakfast - It was breakfast buffet with all the necessary item ( Bread, cake, milk, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereals etc). The breakfast hall was big and no waiting time. Papa Rudolfo - Pizzeria- We took dinner at this place most of the time. We liked the food, service and price was also reasonable. Staff was very friendly. Overall very good experience at this hotel.

Internet quality can be improved. Breakfast can contain some variety or vegetarian items ( for example something made of potatoes) Check in and out has to be done at Hotel Lattini. Absence of reception at this hotel brings some emptiness.

Lovely hotel in a sound location,with great staff, easy to get too as the bus stop is opposite the front of the train station, a minimal walk from where the bus drops you to the hotel, they serve a great breakfast too be fair,There's cable cars around the corner, the hotel is situated in a beautiful area, I had totally sound views from my room, I booked an extra night as I was that happy with everything, sound, sorted place, would stay again,.an added bonus is the hotel gives you a card, which let's you ride all the cable cars, attractions on the lake, etc, plus all the public transport you need, for free.
