Breakfast was great, sauna was an added bonus after a days ski, and family room was great to hangout with everyone. Plenty of parking

Room 114 needs a bit of tlc, shower control tap was snapped off - made it difficult to regulate temperature of water and the water was scolding if you were unlucky. The plug in the basin was broken. We were hot in the apartment so went to put the fan on by switching over tv socket with fan socket and blue sparks came out the wall…. So we didn’t use it. The other sockets all seemed a little dodgey too. This is supposed to be helpful feedback, just a bit of maintenance required, not negative.

Beautiful BIG rooms, hot showers with good pressure, bath available. Comfy beds. Heated. And blackout curtains if you need them. The breakfast was excellent! Eggs to order and a very extensive range of other options: cheeses, meats, cereals, yoghurts, fruit and REAL coffee! Free morning shuttle to the slopes appreciated. Staff were amazing- super helpful and always someone who spoke English.

No kettle in the rooms. No access to any self catering at all. Considering the onsite restaurant is rarely open even when the hotel is full this is just silly. Guests ought to be able to make their own tea or hot chocolate after a long day skiing. If the restaurant was a shared kitchen instead, I’d give this place 10/10. To get dinner you need to walk 10 mins in the snow each night. Single Shuttle bus that returns to the hotel after skiing was pointless and we never did manage to find it. Bus/train home means a 5-10min walk in ski boots… We stayed at Christmas and this place was very expensive at this time. Would be better to add a double sofa bed to the enormous room and save us the expense of the second room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s cozy, clean, and has a very pleasant scent throughout the property. The room was surprisingly spacious and included a balcony, which was a great bonus. Free parking is available, which made things very convenient. The location is excellent — very close to all the main attractions.

The only small downside was the early check-out time at 10 AM, which felt a bit rushed. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

We've been in this hotel 8 years ago, and almost nothing changed. The staff is great, breakfast is basic, every day the same, but wery usefull. The hotel is old, design wise dated, but mostly functional. Although it seems old, everything is working, and rooms are wery clean.

Nowhere to plug hairdryer in the bathroom. One working plug in bathroom is normal...

The facility is a little outdated but cosy and very clean. The room large and comfortable. Shower with hot water immediately available and plentiful. What I appreciated most was the kindness of the staff, we felt at home. The hotel is about a half-hour walk from the centre of Zell Am See, which is also easily accessible by public transport. There are however some good places to dine nearby if you don't want to move around too much. As an unforeseen plus we were given a ‘summer card’ with which you can use public transport, cable cars, lake tours, museums and much more free of charge.

The bathroom in our room, particularly the toilet, constantly smelled unpleasant. I would have liked better quality jams at breakfast and perhaps a wider selection of sweet and savoury food. The rooms are not well insulated acoustically, but in our case this was never a problem.

The best thing is the Zell am see card which allowed as for 5 days of heaven vacation. The breakfast is included within the price. The staff are amazing and cooperative. The place is quiet.

The hotel is far from the centre and the buses are so late, you have to rent a car. The place has no elevator with no one to help you with luggages.

Location, games room for kids, boot room, breakfast was really good, id go as far as to say excellent. Bar beer cheap as well at €5.40, skid bus goes from outside. But wasnt sure where to get it home from.

Beds aren’t great but maybe not to my taste. Got used to mattress by end of week

We arrived by car at the accommodation, where we found free parking. The accommodation met all our requirements, although the hot water seemed to run out in the evening. The breakfast was sufficient and salmon was also available! The price of the room included the Summer Pass, which was a really great advantage, as it allowed you to visit almost all the attractions for free! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff are helpfull, room is a little old, but very clean, bed is big and comfort. Free parking. 5 minutes walking to the trainstop. Good breakfast. With summer card we travel for free with trains, Zell and Kaprun cable cars and boat. And have a free access to a lot of attractions.

In the evening, the room is dark. The room lacks light (in my opinion).
