The spa area is great, and the outside swimming pool on the rooftop is heated, so it is a big plus. Both have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and valley. The breakfast is very good, especially in the hotel in front (on weekdays) The pillow is very comfy and supportive The staff was very supporting, after one of us had a health issue

There are not enough lights in the room On Booking it is written that the double room has a mountain view, however that is not the case - if you want a mountain view you need an upgrade, which is not clear at all

Staff was very nice and helpful, location is amazing right next to the big waterfall, it will rock you to sleep :) The pool on the top was a gem, not crowded, everything you need is there, you can lay down and read your book in peace after a swim, just relax! Special mention to the breakfast: never had such good food in a breakfast buffet, I literally loved it. Would surely like to come back again!

There was a stain on my fresh towel in the bathroom - but there were plenty so nothing I complained about! I dropped something and noticed quite some dust under my bed, I would not expect that from such a great hotel, but also happens - not mad about it!

Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly. Pool at the roof was amazing. Bed and pillows were perfect. Room was stylish.

Even though I'm from Finland I didn't quite understood that at sauna men and women was mixed naked. In Finland at spas there are different saunas. Finnish sauna was broken. Breakfast was not that good. Scrambled eggs didn't taste like eggs at all. Bacon wasn't fried, just heated. Cherrytomatoes were rotten. There was just one kind of cheese slices, strong flavoured. I didn't notice glutein free-signs nor breads at all. Porridge would be nice.

The classic facade ‘hides’ the hip and modern hotel inside. If you like quirky, comfort and attention to detail this is the hotel for you. Everything is cohesive as the decor takes the pool theme throughout but not over the top. And the pillows … a model for other Austrian hotels. The rooftop pool, even in rain, is just magic. Breakfast at the 5 star hotel across the road is on another level … you can sit there and imagine you are someone very important. Speaking of important - the hotels manager - Oswald, thinks every guest is important. His pride in his hotel and its offerings is really special - something we valued and appreciated. One night is not enough!

This is a beautiful hotel. The scenery is stunning in every direction. Infinity pool on the roof top overlooking the town, valley and mountains. Nice large inside bar/restaurant, outside terrace seating, and a smaller inside bar. The staff was exceptional.

We came in mid May and much of the town was closed. It's after ski season and before the summer business. This is not the hotels the fault of course, and we found the quiet very relaxing, but just know if you're looking for a party in shoulder season this town isn't for you

Hotel istelf! Interior and exterior. Swimming pool on the roof, view from pool as well from room is to valley, absolutely amazing! Staff! Staff, all staff, reception - manager and her assistants, kitchen - breakfast, restaurant personell - all them is on the right place and they are professionals in this. Everything is excellent managed, they all work as one team. They also were able to give useful reccomendations about activities outside and detailed weather forecast - for better choice to choose location for mountains hiking without clouds. Everything was great. Also there is lovely restaurants nearby and access to mountain lifts are in 10 minutes slow walking (summer time).

Perfect hotel, lovely design of the room and comfortable beds. Access to a roof pool (not very warm) and a few saunas! We loved it and used to the fullest (you can use the spa area until 2pm on your departure day). The breakfast was tasty and the staff working in the hotel very nice and helping (we needed to store our luggage both upon our arrival and departure and the staff helped us with that). The location was splendid, with a waterfall next to the hotel (which you cannot hear in the hotel), a nice path behind the hotel with amazing views. I hope I have a chance to visit this hotel again.

Amazing wellness area with an enormous 90c Finnish sauna, 65c herbal sauna, small infinity pool that is like 10 or 15 meters at its longest point. It’s 1,3 meters deep. Breakfast was fabulous and varied. I liked that there were two fish choices and things like guacamole in the morning. The design is so hip. It’s way better than an Ace Hotel for instance.

I don’t think the AC is actually on. In Fahrenheit, the temperature outside was 80ish and the nights were in the 50ish in late June. The room was warm from having its curtains open to sunlight and we could open just one window. We left it tilted overnight and it got cool only at the lowest temp of the day, like 4am or so.

Our room in the hotel Badeschloss was modern, clean and comfortable, it included a table and chairs to sit at. We had a room in the new part of the hotel which had a spectacular view down the valley. (We spent more than our usual budget on this room). The décor in Badeschloss is a bit quirky and fun, e.g. the interior of the lift looks like you are underwater in a swimming pool :) The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. We enjoyed a swim in the heated pool on the roof top. The breakfast included in our room rate was in the hotel opposite, in a most impressive dining room. Really felt like we were spoiling ourselves.

The hotel Badeschloss was not easy for us to find or to walk to. Neither Booking.com nor the hotel website gave useful directions to it. I didn't see anything showing that there is a hotel shuttle service available nor that there is a taxi service in town. It didn't look far on Google maps so we walked from the train station. That was a mistake, the path was very steep, it was not paved and there were hundreds of stairs, at least it was downhill. We used the hotel shuttle service (10 Euros) to return to the station in the morning - we would have used it when we arrive if only we knew they provided the service.

Recently renovated, Badeschloss is a gorgeous hotel. The interior fitout has been faithful to the building's heritage with a sleek modern twist. Staff are wonderful and friendly and very invested in ensuring you enjoy your stay. We loved our room which had a view of the valley. The new rooftop spa and wellness centre is gorgeous - especially the infinity pool.

The heating of the rooftop pool struggled to cope with the massive influx of snow which made the temperature pretty chilly on the last day of our stay.
