Very high spec and comfortable accommodation, well equipped and near the centre of Bad Gastein. Staff were very helpful and friendly, nice bar downstairs. Good soundproofing so couldn’t hear noises from upstairs/ next door apartment. Relaxing sitting outside on the balcony. Parking was not a problem and the staff had photos to help us locate it.

It was warm when we stayed so needed to keep the windows open at night. Some guests were talking on their balcony one night at 2am-4am which woke us up. It would not have been a problem if we didn’t need the windows open due to the heat. Not the fault of the property as they are clear on quiet hours just some guests chose to ignore it.

The views from the fifth floor deluxe apartment was amazing. We could see the church and the waterfall and the mountains. The apartment was recently renovated with high quality materials and a modern aesthetic. It is very spacious and comfortable. The shower is excellent. This hotel does not have a full restaurant, but the cafe is nice.

There was not a dining table though there was room for one. We ate at the coffee table. The church bells ring at 7am on weekdays. Sometimes they woke us.

Modern and very well kept hotel. Had the feel of a high end hotel, very clean and with good facilities. Nice small bar and with very friendly bar staff. Good local weissbier served via bottle (DIE WEISSE). Plenty of parking for guests. Bad Gastein itself is a really interesting resort. The village is built at the top of a gorge with buildings around the edge and a large waterfall in the village. Plenty of nice dining options, and some good apres ski bars.

The location was simply stunning, offering beautiful views that made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment we chose was spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. The service at the hotel was exceptional. I want to give a special shoutout to Ylian, who was incredibly helpful with our luggage, ensuring we had everything we needed. Additionally, Gregor made our check-in process smooth and welcoming. He took the time to show us the available apartments, allowing us to choose the one that best suited our preferences. His assistance was invaluable and greatly appreciated. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and the staff's friendliness and professionalism significantly enhanced our experience.

The whole atmosphere is warm and welcoming, adding to the charm of the experience. One standout aspect is the exceptional service provided by the general manager. They were always available with helpful advice and went above and beyond by offering concierge services, which was a pleasant surprise. A special perk of this hotel is the breakfast box service. You can order a box filled with local delicacies the day before, beautifully presented and entirely free of plastic. This eco-friendly touch is a significant plus. We highly recommend Residenz Boutique suites for anyone staying in Bad Gastein. The combination of modern amenities, welcoming atmosphere, and eco-friendly practices makes it a top choice.

I almost don't want to give a rave review because I want to keep this hotel to myself but Gregor and the team deserve all the praise. The staff was exceptional, friendly, professional and very helpful, made us feel welcome every step of the way. They also mix fantastic drinks so that's a huge plus, do not miss out on the bar! Lovely small spot and a nice little terrace for a sunny afterski (don't worry, it never gets rowdy). The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, it's really a modern, boutique feeling. Rooms are spacious, very clean, well equipped and comfortable. We loved the touch with the shoe box outside the room, so your shoes don't have to be inside the apt. Views are spectacular. The building is located at a beautiful promenade streak well worth exploring. I also had to add, the breakfasts that you can order are fantastic and the gluten free breakfast was truly one of the best I've ever had. There's also a ski and boot room where you can store your equipment overnight and have nice warm shoes in the morning. It's locked overnight, so you don't have to worry about theft. Overall, we are delighted with our stay and are looking forward to coming back. Gregor and team, huge thank you to all of you for making this such a great experience!

It would really be nitpicking, but some more plates and mugs and a mirror in the toilet as well?

The rooms were clean, nice & bright. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went there as a friends group and therefore also enjoyed the evening&night life in town. The hotel is only 10 mins walking distance to the “attractions”. Even though the roads were a bit steep, I wouldn’t say it was unbearable. Also, it’s nice to walk downhill to get to the hotel after spending time in the town. Even though the ski bus station is not that far away, thanks to the staff, we learned that the ski bus also drops you (kinda) right in front of the hotel.

The property is amazing and beautifully located in Bad Gastein. The rooms are new and modern, cozy decor. The staff were so welcoming and sweet, all of them. The bus to the ski area stops just outside and takes 5-7 min, very convenient.

The only thing missing was information leaflet or email on check-in but the staff are aware of it and improving. It is a new hotel and processes still being implemented, it did not bother us because staff were readily available.

Really pet-friendly place, clean, quiet. Kind and attentive staff. Cosy cafe with tasty cocktails. Incredible reconstructed building.

During the summer season, breakfast isn't available in the hotel, but this is not a problem, as a fully equipped kitchen is provided in the room, and there are many cafes nearby.
