We have been stay in property Residenz Kaiser Franz Josef in Bad Gastein during 5 days. We had the wonderful time and felt at home. The facilities very good equipped and nothing was missing. The location is excellent, very close to waterfall and a lot of restaurants and cafes surrounding Service and attitude of the staff was excellent. We highly recommend this place for couples and families.

We, my family and I, stayed here for two nights and it was one of the best stays we’ve ever had. The host, Lara, was wonderful and extremely kind. The place is amazing, located up in the mountains and close to the waterfall. My family and I absolutely loved it.

An exceptional property. Everything you need for a break. Very clean and comfortable with all the equipment and utensils, which are of a very high standard. The views are fantastic and the village has a very authentic and historic feel. The host was extremely pleasant and helpful.

I can honestly say there were no negatives.

The rooms upstairs were amazing

The rooms downstairs were small, not as luxurious and not good value were money The sofa beds were really uncomfortable and extra beds weren't provided though we had requested early on and we were told it would be accomodated

Very welcoming and charming host. Accommodations are clean and have very exquisite design and everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The view is magnificent. Two TVs in case if you get bored to constantly enjoy view of the mountains :)

Everything was great! Good location, wonderful view of the town of Bad Gastein, private entrance, really helpful hostess who gave us a broad overview of possible additional activities in the area and made a dinner reservation at the best restaurant in the area. I highly recommend!

The staff were so wonderful and accommodating to our needs as guests, helping us store luggage early and stay late to ski on our final day. Thank you to everyone who made the stay so lovely and peaceful, we had an absolutely incredible time!

Extremely clean, beautiful decor, well stocked kitchen, good location Taalai is really wonderful. He cleans immaculately, responds very quickly and throughly to any questions or requests, and very helpful and kind. He is a valuable asset to this place.

The beds are a little worn out.

Good location. Next to the ski bus route. The host was really helpful and service-oriented. The apartment was clean and exactly what you expected based on the pictures.

A comfortable, elegant and quiet place, with attention to detail. Everything was carefully arranged and considered for making the staying in Bad Gastein memorable.
