We had a wonderful experience during our stay! The owner was very kind and made sure we felt comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help. Keep up the great work in hospitality—all amazing! The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean, and conveniently located. It was well-furnished and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Plus, there was an elevator, which was a nice bonus. I recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a great place to stay!

It is highly recommended to equip it with an air conditioner and mosquito nets.

The apartment was efficient and had enough space to be comfortable. The staff was helpful to accommodate a change in our occupancy by giving us a partial refund for the member we booked for who did not end up coming with us. We would hope for a full refund of this amount, since the person was not staying in the apartment ever, but understand we booked under a no refunds policy, so the hotel did have the right to keep our original payment. We were thankful for the compromise. The place is right across the street from the ski bus stop, and the main Bad Gastein lift is only one bus stop away.

There was not really a living area though. The second bedroom also doubled as the dining area and kitchen, so it was really a one bedroom apartment with a double-size bed in a large room that was also the kitchen and dining room- more like a studio. The actual bedroom and bathroom was separate from this area. The kitchen was functional, but very basic. If you like to cook in a specific way you need to bring your own utensils/etc; there are basic pots and a frying pan, and an assortment of rather random kitchen utensils and rather dull knives. The reception told us they are planning to install new custom kitchens with ovens after this year's ski season ends, so that will be a great upgrade!

The room and bedroom are amazing. Super comfortabel bed and couch and a huge tv. The room was spacious enough for our family to stay in for a few days. The kitchen was small but complete. If you are a creative cook you can make simple meals. The bathroom and toilet where fine but can use an upgrade to match the modern appartment. Mayb it is allready the plan for the future i did not ask. And we would love to have more wall sockets in the bedroom. Absolutely a super appartment and very very nice owners!

The hotel is clean, newly renovated and with a nice and helpful staff. Location perfect, 2mins walk from the ski bus stop.

There are zero parking options around the building or anywhere nearby. Leave your car in a garage (approx 8€/day) about 10 mins walk and use the ski bus.

It was a cozy bungalow with good equipment for a night's stay.

The beds were so narrow. For each change in the position, we have woken up! The shared bathroom had no heating system now. But the morning before check out was not so warm for showering.

Excellent place to stay for a few nights with kids. We've been there in December for skiing. Really friendly staff (owners), clean premises, the sauna facility is an additional gem. All this area is bit costly, nevertheless worth to stay and enjoy. Ski lifts easily reachable by skibus in just 8 mins. Parking your car could be an issue on the streets. Overall great place I would be happy to come again.

Good apartments, with everything that you need. Very comfortable room and bed. Very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There was a small issue with a window but it was solved the next day. Ski room is great. Location is great, 1min walk from the bus stop, 10min walk from the ski lifts if you dont take the bus. Very pet friendly

The room was great, good in size with big tv, we had a 2 room apartment with kitchen which is well equipped. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel also has escalator which helps a lot for the baby stroller, but not fit for a big one

The bed sheet is not too clean, the lights looks cool but sometimes sparkling. They don’t have pirate parking spaces so can only park on the street close to the hotel

Location was brilliant, beautiful city and lovely resort! Very homey as described! Staff were very accommodating and helpful, ski room very good! Rooms were very clean and overall a wonderful stay that I would recommend!
