Hotel Bristol is only 500 meters from the Train Station and within walking distance of most sights and restaurants. The manager, Inita, was very kind and helpful. Good breakfast included.

We arrive by bike from Salzburg and is was difficult to find our way to the hotel, Google maps sent us along a pedestrian trail with steps, in the end we ended up taking a longer and steep road adding about an hour to our journey. If you come by bike we suggest you take the time to get detailed directions from locals as how to get there.

Summertime Alps Hotel it was very good. Inchecking was easy - just pick your keys from the desk if the is no stuff at the place. Room was clean and nice, cleaning every day. Staff was very nice and helpful, nice talks over the stay :) Breakfast good enough, not a big hotel buffé, but I liked it anyway, all you need to start a new hiking day.

Wasn’t a problem for me but Bad Gastein is very hard place to move because of the nature. You really need to use your muscles to go anywhere you want :D Get prepared to walk up or down heading to hotel or from there.

Hotel is in a middle of the city, skibus is 1minute by walk, not neccessary to move your car, especially becasue the parking spaces are limited. The view from the room is fantastic to the city, beds are comfortable. Owner speaks english. Breakfast is good, they have real coffee from machine not just the braun water as usually. Skiroom also available with heaters. So the hotel is very well equipped.

If you are bad sleeper, ask for a room which far from the bar under the hotel as the party lasts until 3-4am and it's very loud. Unfortunately in that case you have to sacrifice the view to the city but it's up to you.

Everything was easy and very nice. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The cleaning lady - Adile was caring and always wore a calm and huge smile on her face. Thank you for everything!

Was a little bit noisy from the busy road next to the hotel, but this is not the fault of the staff. But plus was the bus stop for everywhere was 2 minutes away.

Hotel was pretty central, not too busy, not too big. Large room Clean Nice and hepful staff

Unfortunately my room was facing the main road, so I could hear cars during the night. Bed was very soft. There was no proper bin in the room, just a little on in the bathroom.

Inita is a very great and friendly lady who not only warmly welcomed us but guided us like a tourist guide throughout our stay.. The hotel is at a great location and the breakfast was just delicious. Will definitely back again. And once again thanks to Inita for making our stay very comfortable.

The staff was amazing, so helpful and welcoming! would recommend this place to everyone who’s visiting Bad Gastein!

Could be some noise from the Pub next to the hotel but after a full day of skiing it didn’t disturb at all.

Cosy and clean hotel with amazing views to town and mountains, only a few minutes walk from the train station. Great breakfast. Friendly and extremely helpful owner. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Double room was a bit small for two ladies with a lot of stuff but worked out fine for a couple of nights :)

Hotel is well situated in a center of the city, few steps from hotel is bus stop of ski bus. Rooms were clean and staff was very kind and help us with everything.

The heating wasnt running during the nights on the top floor. For adults it is OK, but we traveled with 1,5 year old kid, so stuff gave us additional heaters what fixed the problem.

Awesome location - close to everything you need, very friendly personnel, great breakfast with proper coffee and the views from balcony/terrace are very nice. There is also a cool room with pool, kitchen, drinks and terrace to hang out. Probably best price/performance in Bad Gastein.

Not really a negative, but perhaps a mini fridge in the room (although you can get drinks from the fridge in the relax room with the pool table, but still) and more (or firm) bed pillows.
