everything was Amazing, the location for relax days, the snow the walk around the hotel, the activity at the hotel, the spa .. and of course the amazing staff.. the food breakfast so yummy and the dinner was super.. we just love it it was amazing vacation. i will love to visit again.

Amazing quit place, wellness with 11 saunas, outside heated pool, the design of the new suites. Eis cream machine. Very friendly and helpful personnel. They will give you the feeling that you are as the quest the most important person in the hotel.

For me was the meal little bit boring. I have a feeling that this is the trend in the Europe. All certainly very healthy and varied, full of colors, vitamins and vegetable. But mainly the main course during the dinner should have the amazing taste and should surprise the guests. Starters, soups and desserts were much better.

Wonderful accommodation surrounded by nature, an excellent choice for rest and relaxation in the sounds of nature. A large selection of saunas, excellent food from local producers. We are always happy to come back.

Everything was on the top level. Personal, location, all SPA territory. Rooms are very big and comfortable. Bathrooms are also big and everything is there for your comfort. On the territory of hotel is everything for your relaxation. You are really amazing. Huge Thanks! I will come again.

It's not bad thing, but just a little comment. Maybe you can add just bottle of water in the room. Especially if the glasses are already there :) I know that everyone can get a bottle of water from the restaurant area, but it was closed at the night. and also the place neer the pool is always full of people . Maybe you need to think how to increase that place. But again it's just a small comments. Overall everything is great.

This facility located high in the mountains offers an incredible view of nature and allows you to merge with it. It is an ideal place to relax and find peace of mind.

Food is just amazing - what I did expect from a 4* Hotel. The spa area is terrific - we have spent an entire day in the spa area. It is not croweded and quite silent.

I really did not like the bed. Its was a twin bed but with seperate mattresses which makes it hard to sleep (according to your sleeping habits).

The location is stunning,services are perfect and the food is amazing.

This resort is incredible. The view, the pools and saunas, the rooms - everything was wonderful and made us feel extremely relaxed! The staff were super friendly and accommodating.

We really liked the buffet , but for a wellness resort they should definitely add more plant based/vegan dishes to the menu. That would make the experience even more amazing!
