The view from my 3rd-floor room was stunning, especially since it had dumped snow in the surrounding mountains. The location was quiet even though there was a hospital nearby. It's close enough to the town that I could walk instead of take the bus which stops across the street. The highlight of this place was the restaurant's food and staff. I had the half pension (dinner and breakfast) and the dining room was lovely, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. The breakfast spread was exceptional. I stayed four nights and used the spa downstairs every afternoon. I love being able to sit outside after a sauna session.

The room was clean and had a jaw-dropping view and balcony (I would always book the balcony side here) but it would have been nice to have some art or local folk art on at least one wall. All the furniture was great and the wood floors were lovely but the room lacked a cozy feeling without anything on the walls. The dinning room and the rest of the hotel had those cozy touches like nice linenes and artwork. Also, I was surprised there was only hand soap or body wash in the washroom as at this price point I was expecting some conditioning shampoo and lotion.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide selection of local specialties, such as various kinds of butter, cheese and ham. Dinner was very fancy, definitely worth the cost. Wellness was also awesome, consisting of several saunas and a big relax area. The hotel provides towels, bathrobe, everything is exactly as you expect. Staff was extremely helpful. Maybe it's because I was visiting after the end of the summer season and before the beginning of the skiing season, but I felt like the price for the stay was really good.

The view from the balcony is something that I have never seen before, it did not get boring at all. Included breakfast was also one of the best I’ve had, with so many options. Staff were all friendly. Even though I didn’t use the facilities, they had a wellness centre and pool. Room was good size and well provided for.

At certain times it was difficult finding a parking spot. The pillow was not comfortable

I stayed at Hotel Moarhof on my skiing trip to Lienz and loved every second of it. Modern, cozy and super furnished hotel, amazing food and dining service, comfortable bedroom. The spa (saunas + Turkish bath) was definitely a plus, as was the skibus taking guests back and forth from the Zettersfeld gondola lift for free. Price extremely affordable given the quality of the service.

Only issue I had was that the room temperature was slightly too warm for my taste.

We loved everything about this hotel. Rooms are clean and new, breakfast excellent with large selection of food, coffee and juices. Dinner is perfect as always. Very kind staff.

A beautiful hotel , so great that I stayed an extra night . Friendly and helpful staff , great facilities and amazing food. My room was immaculately clean and so comfortable . I slept really well each night . The balcony and view was amazing.

Staff are extremely welcoming and hospitable. The location is stunning, with a gorgeous mountain view. The room size is generous, well appointed and sparkling clean. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, all of high quality and well prepared.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was big, super clean and with a wonderful view to the mountains. The bed was comfortable so we could recharge for another day of skiing. The sauna was amazing with finnish, turkish, bio and infrared offered with a nice relaxing room. The breakfast included various and great selection of local food and excellent coffee.

Rooms are clean and new, breakfast excellent with large selection of food, coffee and juices. Dinner is perfect as always. Complete staff are very kind.
